China
"Ch-China?"
"Hi Bubba, I missed you." I smiled. He looked around for a second before he smiled brightly
"I missed you." He grabbed my arm and pulled me in for a hug.
"Gabe, who's at the door?" I could hear Lou from the other side before opening the door wider. Her eyes shined but she didn't smile.
"China? You shouldn't be here." She said slowly. My heart sunk. All I wanted was my other half back.
"I know." I said sadly, "but I'm lost and I've been sober for two years."
"Just let her in Lou." Gabe pleaded.
"Um, hang on let's go find dad." Lou mumbled before taking off. I looked at Booboo with tears in my eyes.
"This was a mistake, boo." I sighed and started to walk off.
"Chi, Wait." Boo said softly and grabbed my arm.
"I'm only going to get turned down." I shook my head
"Then let him know who you have turned out to be, let them all know." He pleaded.
"China?" Dad looked confused, "Do you want to come in?"
"Of course I do." I let out a small smile. I walked inside with boo behind me and sat on the couch. He didn't say anything for a minute.
"China, we don't have money to give you." Dad sighed. All I could do was give him a confused look.
"Money? What would I need money for?" I asked.
"Alcohol, Drugs.." he started off.
"Dad, I haven't done that for the last two years. I'm here because I miss my family and instead of being there for me you dropped me. All of you dropped me." I was angry and hurt but dad didn't care.
"You've been sober for two years? So, Cameron texted me and said you got drunk last night."
"That was a relapse.."
"Excuses like always, do I need to call your therapist?" Dad groaned.
"You're kidding, Right?" I stood up. "Want to know why I got drunk? I told Bri everything dad and it ruined how close we are. The only thing I have left is Booboo. I don't need a therapist because I'm at a lot better place than I was two years ago." I grabbed my purse and Booboo's hand and started walking towards he door.
"China, Wait." Dad said sternly.
"Fuck you. Fuck all of you. Don't contact me when I turn eighteen. I've been just fine without any of you the last two years." I snapped before walking out the door.
"Want me to call a Cab?" Booboo asked.
"No, it's only fifteen minutes away." I said sadly, "We should throw a party tonight." I suggested.
"China, I don't think that's a good idea." Boo sighed.
"Come on, Boo! It will make me feel better." I tried pressuring him into saying yes.
"I don't know, Chi. I don't think you're in the right place for a party tonight." Boo explained.
"Right mind? I'll just throw it myself." I shrugged. I pulled out my phone and texted the whole school.
'Party at my Place. 10Pm Sharp'
Boo didn't talk to me the whole plane ride back to L.A, except for when we got noticed by people. We were getting off the plane when boo finally spoke up.
"Chi, I love you." He said calmly.
"Um, I love you too?" I questioned.
"Throw this party tonight and I will never speak to you again. I will not watch you repeat a lifestyle that put you in the position to lose your friends and family." Boo said sternly.
"Boo. Let's not do this here. We can wait until we get off this plane." I groaned.
"NO!" He yelled, causing everyone to stare at us.
"Boo."
"I don't give a fuck who's staring. Throw a party and this will be the last conversation we ever have!" He exclaimed. The flight attendant had made her way over to us
"Um, is there a problem?" She asked. I stared at boo for a minute before I said something.
"Yeah. Everything's fine. Just having issues on cancelling a party." I mumbled and pulled out my phone to text everyone that the party is cancelled.
"Chi, I'm sorry. I didn't mean to yell." Boo apologized.
"Save it, Boo. I'm just trying to get my mind off things." I started walking to get my bags when boo caught up to me.
"There's other ways to get your mind off things." Boo sighed. He was right but I didn't want to admit that, "Chi, your parents will come around." Boo touched my shoulder.
"I don't want them to come around." I said quietly. Boo and I got on the escalator to where we were greeted with a pissed off Bri, "What the hell is she doing here?" I groaned and turned towards Booboo.
"I thought it would be harder than it was to not get you to throw a party but it was easy and I called her." Boo started spitting out words, "Y'all are going to have to figure out a way to work this out." Booboo reminded me as we got closer to Bri.
"Yeah, we'll see how that goes." Bri pulled me in for a hug and whispered in my ear.
"There's someone in the bar area waiting for you." She giggled.
"There's a bar area?" I asked.
"Yeah! Right before you exit this place called hell." She giggled.
"Is it Cameron? Because if it's Cameron I have no interest. I shouldn't go in a bar in the first place." I groaned.
"It's not Cameron!" Bri whined.
"Well.. I want a water and the Bar has that so we're going." Booboo Sighed.
"Yay!" Bri squeaked and dragged us to the front of the airport. We got stopped a lot with all the Camera's flashing in our faces. We walked into the bar and I sat down while Bri and Boo went to go do their own thing.
"I see some things don't change." I heard a chuckle from behind me. This was my surprise? I'm going to kill Bri. I turned my head and slightly smiled.
"Hi Thomas. It's great to see you again."
