After my session with Dove, Gabe decided to come later that day. We didn't have anything to hash out as he's my baby brother and no matter what he's does he's my favorite person. I skipped over Cameron because I didn't want the 'I told you so' conversation. Today is the day I actually have a conversation with Karan and I would be lying if I said I wasn't nervous. Mrs. Rice came in with Karan following behind her.

"Hey." He tensed up.

"Karan." I nodded.

"So what we're going to do today is to loosen the tension because there's obviously a lot here." Mrs. Rice spoke up, "Talk when you're ready." She smiled. Karan looked at me with a weird face.

"I just want you to know that I don't have any hard feelings towards you." He admitted.

"Good for you."

"Looks like you have hard feelings towards Karan, China." Mrs. Rice added.

"I just- I kind of slept with this dude while I was with Cameron the first time and I'm just trying to understand why all these bitches still hung out with you instead of me." I spoke up.

"Tell me how you really feel." Karan chuckled nervously.

"Did you bribe them?"

"What? China. I thought you and Cameron had this conversation?" He questioned.

"Glad to know you're apart of our relationship also." I sighed, "We did. Was there at least tension for a couple months?" I asked.

"So much that I knew he didn't actually forgive me. He punched me in the face three months afterwards and he was good after that. Sophie has been like a little puppet so of course she followed Cameron's lead and Dove? Well, Cam is like her little brother. She was cautious around me but her heart is big." Karan explained.

"Sophie." I started off, "is that girl out of jail or is she getting out just for our therapy session?" I asked.

"She got out while you guys were filming and I thought Cameron told you that. Did you not see her the night of the party? She was with Dove." Karan explained.

"The only thing I paid attention to is Thomas being a dick and Alcohol." I sighed. I took a big look at Karan and I gently smiled, "Thanks for trying to help that night." I whispered.

"He helped you?" Mrs. Rice spoke up.

"Tried at least." I shrugged my shoulders, "I know you've been trying to apologize for a few months now and I'm sorry for pushing you away."

"Don't apologize, Chi."

"I feel like I need to because if it weren't for me you would've never been in the position to almost lose your best friend." I sighed. Karan shook his head

"Don't do that. You were vulnerable and I knew once we kissed that we were both fucked. I'm sorry I followed the lead of Cameron, Dove and Sophie when they started rumors. I should've stood up for you."

"It's what I deserved which is why I never stood up for myself either. I knew the truth would come out eventually."

"You're a good person, China. I know our friendship won't go back to the way it was but you and I will always have something in common."

"Cameron." We said at the same time.

"We both love him so much and want what's best for him. He loves you and he always has. I'm glad you're back in his life." Karan added.

"He loves you too, but I don't have to tell you that. You will always be his brother." I smiled.

"I think this has been the most genuine conversation I've seen the last few days." Mrs. Rice spoke up.

"Didn't really have to hash things out either." I slightly giggled and Karan gave me a small smile.

"Love you, Chi. I'm sure I'll be seeing you around a lot more now." Karan nodded.

"Love you too." I smiled. Karan walked out and Mrs. Rice looked at me with a big grin on her face.

"I like him. He seems like a sweet kid." She smiled.

"He is." I added.

"How are you feeling?"

"Actually really good. I kind of want to speed the process up a little." I explained.

"What do you mean?"

"I think I'm ready to move on. I think I'm okay. I would rather have a group therapy session with my mom and dad. I don't really need one with Sierra and Lauryn. I don't need to do one with Thomas but I would like one with Sophie. I spent two years clean before relapsing because I wanted the approval of others but I simply don't want it anymore." I looked up at her and smiled, "Dove and Karan.. that was the closure I needed I guess."

"I'm glad you've done some self reflecting. You changed your mind on Thomas though, why?" She asked.

"Why do I need to have a therapy session with someone that was never a big part of my life? The only time I see him is for descendants." I shrugged, "I have Cameron. I have Booboo. I have Bri. I got the conversations I wanted out of Dove and Karan." I added with a smile, "Mrs. Rice.. I'm okay, I'm good and I have you to thank for everything." I smiled.
