{Dahlia's POV}
••••••••••••••••••"Lose weight. Grow YouTube channel. Focus on grades and college applications. Hit the gym more. Eat healthy. Try new things. Maybe fight less..." I read off my list of goals to Cadence as she stared at herself in the mirror, twirling her hair around her finger.
"That's pretty solid," She nodded before tilting her head. "Do you think I should change my hair?"
"Change your hair?" I furrowed my brows. "Like, what? Cut it? I don't think you should cut it."
"I'd look great with short hair!" She defended.
"Well, yeah, I'm sure you would, but...I mean, you've had long hair your entire life! If you cut it, I'd cry!"
"I don't wanna cut it," She mumbled after a few moments. She ran her fingers through it a few times before sighing. "I should dye it platinum blonde. I should get a perm so it'll be curly!"
"But your hair color is, like, amazing! I always wanted that hair color!" I pouted. Her hair color is basically the same as Rachel from friends'. "Besides, Caden already has really curly hair. You're telling me you wanna look even more like him?"
"True..." She muttered. "What about you? You ever think about changing your hair?"
My hair has been the same since I was younger. Long, black and wavy. I always think about dying it, maybe just coloring the tips or putting some streaks in it or something. I think I'd look cool with half my hair dyed white. I'm just too scared to do it. I'd have to bleach it, and bleach is terrible for your hair. I don't wanna do anything that'd make me start losing my long, thick hair. I think if anything, I'd just find a wig that's like my hair and dye half of it white. I'm not gonna do anything crazy to my own hair, though.
