"—These are the only important clubs I've never been apart of so I'm joining them this year so I can cover all my bases! My grades may be a little shitty, but no college will ever be able to say that I didn't participate in enough extracurricular activities!" I smirked as I clicked the remote to turn the page of the prezi that I was currently presenting on the TV.

"First up, Yearbook club. I almost joined back in ninth grade, but I never got around to it because the president of the club was Julianna Herbert and she had it out for me because of that one time my dad ran her dog over. Second up, V-Club, aka Volunteer club, AKA the perfect way for me to show that I am a kind-hearted, caring citizen. This club goes great with the nursing class I'm taking this year. I'll get to volunteer at the hospital a lot and I'm pretty sure I'm gonna be spending a lot of time taking care of old people! The people I take care of a lot are apparently gonna get to sit down and talk to the teacher in charge of V-Club every semester to review how I've been doing. Hopefully, the people with bad reviews will kick the bucket sooner than expected—"

"Okay, are you sure you should be in this club? Cause I really feel like—"

"Thirdly—" I cut Billie off only to have her interrupt again.

"Pretty sure that's not a word."

"Pretty sure suck my dick, thirdly—" I spoke quickly, mashing my words together. "We have Recycling club. I would've joined this one even if it didn't help my college career. We all know how I feel about recycling—"

"Yep, I found out just how you felt about it when you decided to show up at three in the morning last week to bang on my window and yell at me for an hour about how the trash in my trashcan—Which you dug through when you had no business doing so—Could've been recycled instead. Thanks for that." Cadence mumbled.
