S02E25: Bad Moon Rising

Roslyn's POV

"You're going to Duke with Damon?" I ask Elena shocked.

"And Alaric" she reminds me.

"To find out what the Lockwoods are" Stefan adds.

"Question, why aren't you going?" I ask him.

"I need to train Caroline and you, also I need to talk to Bonnie about making you both a daylight ring" he states.

"Bracelet for me" I tell him showing him the bracelet. "Anyway, why can't I train Care? I know just as much about vampirism as you do" I state.

"I have more experience and self control" he reminds me.

"I haven't killed anyone" I remind him.

"That's the type of person you are, you'd never hurt anyone unless they threatened your family. And then you'd only maim them" he tells me. "Besides you're a newbie also" he reminds me and I pout.

"Fine, but you better tell us everything when you get back Elena. I have a bet with Damon" I tell her smirking. He is in denial of werewolves existing and I believe they do. I mean come on,  vampires and witches exist. Why not werewolves? When I win, he has to take me New York sometime  in my now immortal life.

I hug Elena goodbye and she leaves. "I have to go talk to Bonnie at the grill, we'll come to collect you afterwards" Stefan tells me.

"I can't exactly walk in the sun yet Stefan" I remind him.

"Don't worry, I'm sure she'll spell the bracelet then she can do the ring I choose for Caroline" he assures me. He then leaves and I sit alone in the dark bored. About thirty minutes later he returns with Bonnie who is holding Emily's grimoire.

"Hi Bon" I say smiling. "I know the spell was used on a ring, but can you please do it on this bracelet?" I ask her. "I just don't like to wear rings" I state.

"I'll try it" she states. "But first the rules" she tells me.

"Rules?" I ask her in confusion.

"The witch who spells the ring has the power to de-spell it so if you ever do anything to hurt anyone" she starts to explain.

"Bonnie I haven't killed or seriously hurt anyone" I remind her. "I'm not gonna start now" I state.

"You are a vampire that mean the urge to kill is a part of who you are. Who Caroline is. The minute either of you let it take over, I will stop you" she states.

"Fine deal, what do we do now?" I ask her.

"Place the bracelet on the bed" she instructs. I do so and she opens my curtains slightly so sunlight can shine on the bracelet. She looks at is muttering the spell and closes her eyes. She soon stops and opens her eyes closing the grimoire. "Done" she states handing it to me and I slip it on.

I take a deep breath and get up heading over to the curtains. I then look at Bonnie. "You sure it worked?" I ask her and she nods her head. I swing the curtains open closing my eyes. But I feel no burn and squeal happily. "Thank you so much Bonnie, I owe you big time" I tell her smiling.

"Just keep your promise and never kill or seriously hurt anyone" she tells me. I nod my head in agreement. We all then go to Caroline's where she examines her future ring.

"So, I don't get to choose the ring I have to wear the rest of my life?" she asks us.

"Hey if you don't want it..." Bonnie starts to say.

"No no" Stefan tells her.

"She wants it" I add. Bonnie explains the rules to Caroline, who becomes a little upset. Reminding Bonnie they're suppose to be friends.
