S03E49: The Reckoning

Roslyn's POV

I wake up with a stiff neck beside Stefan in the truck and groan in annoyance. "Oh they live" Rebekah says.

"What happened?" I ask her as I stretch and Stefan sits up.

"You both took a beating. My brother's been breaking your necks all afternoon. Quite the temper" she explains.

"That explains my stiff sore neck" I grumble rubbing it as I stand up along with Stefan.

"Why did he bring us back to Mystic Falls?" Stefan asks her.

"You both can stop playing dumb now. It didn't take him long to figure out what you both have been hiding" she tells us.

"We're not hiding anything" Stefan states.

"We've done everything Klaus has asked us too" I add.

"No, you both just failed to mention that the doppelgänger's still alive" she  states. I look at Stefan and he gives me a look. I nod with my eyes.

"Where's Klaus now?" we ask her.

"With any luck, ripping that cow's bloody head off" Rebekah answers. He rushes at her and they both fly out of the truck and onto the ground, him on top of her. While I take off into the school tracking Elena's scent. I find her in the gym with Klaus and two students. I throw Klaus away from her and stand in front of her flashing my eyes.

"You won't lay another hand on my cousin" I snarl.

"Rosie" Elena says surprised as Klaus glares at me.

"Where's Stefan?" he asks me.

"Dealing with your sister, you're mine" I growl.

"You can't beat me little wolf" he states.

"Want a bet?" I demand and rush him. He goes the grab my neck and I grab his hand. I twist and toss him into the bleachers. I catch a flying piece of wood and jump on him staking his shoulder. I go to pull it out and he tosses me off. I hit the wall and drop to the floor winded. Before I could recover, he has me in a choke hold against the wall.

"You're really starting to piss me off little wolf" he growls.

"Feelings mutual" I sneer and kick him in the gut pushing him away. Just then Matt and Bonnie enter the gym. And I become distracted. I feel Klaus snap my neck.

Third Persons POV

"Man she's feisty" Klaus states as he drops Roslyn. He then flashes over to Bonnie. "Ah, I was wondering when you'd show up. Now we can get started" he says. "Ah, Dana, why don't you relax? You and Chad sit tight" he tells the pair. Who had managed to keep their positions during the hybrids fight. They relax and sit on the ground as Klaus looks back at Bonnie as Matt checks on Roslyn. "I assume you're the reason Elena's still walking around alive?" he asks.

"That's right. If you want to blame someone, blame me" Bonnie tells him.

"Oh, there's no need for blame, love. Just your witchy interference seems to have caused some undesirable side effects. And since you caused the problem, I'm going to have you find the fix" Klaus tells her.

Rebekah enters with a straggling Tyler. "Get off of me!" he shouts. She tells him to be quiet.

"I'd like you all to meet my sister Rebekah. Word of warning...She can be quite mean" Klaus says introducing her.

"Don't be an arse" she tells him. She throws Tyler into Klaus's arms. "See baby vamp got in a hit before you snapped her neck" she adds smirking at his bloodied shirt. He just ignores her.
