chapter 25 Her return

Opal's POV
Worry rose in my body hearing Blue's scream. Me and Yellow quickly acted and broke free from the ship thru the roof.

We jumped down to the ground seeing the crystal gems staring at us with both determition and horror. Yellow walked over the blue arm ship and lifted the ships finger up revealing that Blue were under the ship. Thank the stars Blue were alright. Hearing her scream like that made me worry for the gem.

Steven/Rose began speaking but where quickly were interrupted by Yellow.
She gave Steven/Rose a deadly glare showing all her hatred towards the gem thru her eyes.
-YOU!

Yellow said in angry sharp voice as she then had begun heading full on towards Steven/Rose and began crushing the quartz under her feet.
By some reason I felt bad towards the gem, it felt wrong. Rose/Steven didn't seem like an enemy but an ally,she felt familiar yet not. Why did I feel like this I thought as I were watching the quartz as his/her shield broke and the quartz lost concussion.

Soon after the quartz fell to the ground a human came towards him/her shaking the human gem hybrid, trying to wake the gem up. But it didn't seem to work.

The fusion called garnet yelled in anger and went towards us ready to attach us, then the other crystal gems follow behind her as they placed many punches and attacks towards us. Yellow got alarmed by this and walked towards me as she where now in front of me, protecting me from the gems. Blue walked towards me and Yellow and protected me as well.

I felt so useless because I couldn't fight or even protect myself. I should try my best to help with the little I can do. Even if it might be not much at all I thought feeling confidence rising thru my body as a smirk rise on my lips as I looked towards the gems.

My gaze the wandered back to the small human next to the quartz gem, she seemed sad and worried towards her friend. But something snapped and she started looking around her surrounding as she started talking to herself. Her words where to soft that I couldn't make out what she were saying. I made a look of confusion at her wondering why the human where talking toherself. Maybe she were defective I wondered to myself.

Yellow and Blue had now started attacking the gems landing a few blows on them but they only dogged it with ease. Then one peridot approach them and walked towards Yellow talking foul words to her, but soon the peridot where poofed by Yellow's lightning bolt. I felt myself lose myself at my surrounding because my attention where on the two diamonds.

But not long after I felt a sudden pain spread in my stomach and I fell back on my back, groaning because of the pain reaching my body. I looked at the source that could have caused the pain and saw that fusion again. She had her head towards me probably looking straight at me but it were hard to know when her eyes were covered by her sunglasses. She then sharged towards me summoning her guantlets ready to attack.
-OPAL!

Yellow screamed out to me showing a visible fear on her face as she had began walking toward me turning into a full on running.

Before the fusion could reach me Yellow were now standing in front of me and sharged electrisity towards the fusion. The fusion dooged the attack and smirked as her direction towards me and Yellow she started heading towards Blue instead. She had went to Blue clinging by her feet punching her lightly while she had tears running down her eyes because of Blue's power.
-You think you could defeat me by glingin to my feet.

Blue said having a obvious confused expression plastered on her face. The fusion then smiled and chukled evily towards Blue.
-No I just wanted to keep you from taking 3 steps to the right.

The fusion said and water dripped on her shoulder. Me,Blue and Yellow looked up seeing a structure that looked like a barn. Bedside the barn there were a Lapis there and she held up the barn with her water powers.

Then the barn quickly started falling falling hard on Blue. Me and Yellow quickly acted and walked up to Blue. But before we could reach her,Blue stood up like it were nothing. I sighed in relief knowing that she were once again fine. Those crystal gems had given me multiple heart attacks when they had hurt any off us or simply damaged us.

Yellow and Blue started looking around in pure confusion saying stuff I couldn't make out as words because they were so quiet. Then they started attacking their attacks into the air at nothing. I started heading towards them as I were confused by their actions. But something happened, I could hear a voice of Steven inside my head. Making my head turn towards the source of the sound looking at my surrounding carefully.

It happened again and the voice mumbled some words telling me that he wanted peace, that he wasn't who he seems to be. Odly enough I didn't protest anymore and let the quartz into my mind without struggle. If the quartz wanted to hurt me he would have done so already I though.

Then a Pink aura surrounding us felling as I were in a diamonds presence. I knew it weren't coming from Yellow and Blue cause this felling were so much different from theirs. I looked at Yellow and Blue with a shocked expression,they both where having tears in there eyes.
Could this really be her I wondered.

The pink aura then disappeared towards the unconscious quartz that where still held by that human. We followed the aura looking down at the quartz with pure shock and happiness filling our faces.

Yellow and Blue opened their mouth and spoke in unison.
-Pink!

This chapter is now done. I know it isn't like the episode "Reunion" but I did try my best. Sorry if it where trash.

Btw I apologise so much my fellow readers for not uploading in 2 days, I have been on a trip with my family and I wanted full attention on them and my own happiness for at least a couple of days. Sorry if it were selfish to do so and I'm sorry to kept you guys waiting.
