Opal's Pov
I looked at the water temple with amazement, I were completely dazed with its beauty. I had never seen anything like it.
-Wow...

I said leaving my mouth slightly opened as I watched the temple.

My gaze snapped away from the temple when a playful nudge were hit on my shoulder from Peridot.I looked at her and she had a big smile on her lips with glimmering eyes. She seemed exactly as amazed as I was.

We both broke our attention at the temple when Lapis banged on the bubble.I loosened the shell on the bubble a little so she would be able to get inside with ease.
She stuck her head inside the air bubble, having a slightly confused yet happy expression on her face.
-Is this it?

Lapis asked calmly, still having her head inside the bubble while the rest of her body were outside.Peridot squealed happily as she shoved the map towards Lapis's face.
-YES IT IS, WE FOUND IT!!

Peridot answered Lapis with a happy voice. Lapis pushed the map softly away from her face to look at it, and then at the temple. She hummed in delight as a smile grew on her lips.
-You are right, this really is it.

Lapis said with a calm voice as she looked at Peridot.
-What! Of course it is!
You didn't think I would find it?!

Peridot said clearly offended at Lapis's actions. I chuckled happily, enjoying the sight before me. While they were in a argument that Peridot had started with Lapis,
I had stopped listening and looked at the temple in front of us with a warm smile on my lips, I couldn't describe how relieved I felt. I thought my only hope were over when Steven couldn't heal me I thought to myself feeling weight lift from my shoulders.

I looked back at them as I could hear their conversation fade,clearly Lapis winning this argument.
-Should we continue?

I asked them both with a soft voice. They both stopped talking and turned their heads towards me.A smirk grew on Peridot's face and a small smile formed on Lapis's lips as they looked back at me.
-Of course!

Peridot stated loudly and Lapis nodded.Peridot started walking towards me and Lapis backed away from the air bubble as her body were once again ingulfed by the salt water.

Me and Peridot started walking towards the temple as Lapis were swimming peacefully outside the bubble. The temple only getting closer and closer with each minute.
I felt excitment fill me up with each step as I got closer.

As I took one more step something huge swam in front of us with full speed. It was as fast as 2 mach, I just couldn't believe it. I had never seen something like it. What in the holy stars is this beast.

I stopped walking instantly and started looking around for the thing that were swimming around us, I couldn't see what it was,it were way too fast for my eyes to catch it.It only left a streaks of it shadow behind it as it pasts us.The creature were like an black shadow swimming circling us back and forth.

I looked down at Peridot with a worried yet scared expression. She eyed me back with a horrified expression. She inched closer towards me, clutching my clothes in a death threatening grasp like if she let go she would die.

I just barely saw the creature in the corner of my eye swimming closer towards Lapis with it's mouth opened, revealing all it's sharp yellow teeth.

I quickly acted and swung out a hand out of the bubble, grasping Lapis's arm in a tight grip,pulling her inside the air bubble as fast as possible.

As Lapis body were completely inside the bubble I quickly made the shell of the bubble 10 times harder and exactly as I did, the creature hit the bubble with a loud bang.
