Chapter 6 : The fact

After yesterday incident, they still can't move back Xiao zhan to his room. They find another reason why Xiao zhan out of sudden become mute beside of stress and shock that he get from news about his parents and younger sister that died in the same car accident. They took the water jug from Xiao zhan's room and run a test in hospital lab after Wang yi bo watched video records Xiao zhan's aunt poured something into the water jug. They found the water contain high doses sleeping powders and pain killer that could make almost all nerves numb and its really dangerous if patient take it for long time. Wang Yi bo sigh when recheck all files of Xiao zhan's medical reports, no wonder Xiao zhan condition never getting better and hardly found him stay awake. Xiao zhan's aunt try to make Xiao zhan sleeping all the time at the hospital to avoid him get well and back to claim all his legacy so Xiao zhan can't tell anyone about her evil plan.

"Doctor Wang, Mrs Fei yu lin come with her husband and lawyer. She said will move Xiao zhan to the other hospital." Nurse Wei min report in panic to Wang yi bo that still checking on Xiao zhan's medical reports since he awake from coma. "Good, just like i though. Is ok, i'll meet them now. And ask the Intensive care room nurses don't let anyone walk in there to take Xiao zhan out except on my order." Wang yi bo smile and walk to Xiao zhan's room to meet Xiao zhan's guardian.

"Doctor Wang, i'm Ming Qu, Xiao Zhan's family lawyer. Xiao zhan's uncle and aunt ask me to talk to you so they can move their nephew to other hospital after yesterday missunderstood among nurses and patient guardian." Ming Qu greet and Wang yi bo smile at them. "So you want try to kill Xiao zhan in other hospital?" Wang yi bo ask straightly and make Fei yu lin startled, "Doctor Wang, i think we need to talk to clear this kind of missunderstanding between my wife and hospital. My wife told me yesterday Xiao zhan try to hit her because nurses forget to tied him and my wife just help to put back the bondage and gags." Liu Gao try to explain but Wang yi bo know well the truth. "Really? Then explain all of this, our hospital officially sue your wife try to kill our patient." Wang yi bo give the files and show them the video when Xiao zhan get forced to choke on the pills. "But...but Xiao zhan's mom is my own sister, we won't hurt Xiao zhan like that, he is my nephew just like my own son." Liu Gao feel shock and push away his wife when saw the video that try to hurt Xiao zhan. "Why you did it?! Xiao zhan only have us!."  Liu Gao yell and Fei yu lin cry pretend to regret all her mistake, "I didn't mean it dear, i just can't see Xiao zhan always like that!" Fei yu lin crying because her plan to move Xiao zhan to other hospital failed. She never though there will be have record in the Xiao zhan's room.

"Doctor Wang, i'm so sorry but about move to other hospital, in the law as Xiao zhan guardian, both of his uncle and aunt still have right to do it and i think its normal because all this time Xiao zhan also never really awake and concious to make his own decision." Lawyer Ming Qu try to explain after he saw the video and silently decide will try to protect his client too, he never though Mrs Fei will dare to do thing like that to hurt Xiao zhan. "Actually since yesterday our patient Xiao zhan already can make decision for him self, awake and have good conscious, so i think he didn't need his guardian to make any decision for him." Wang yi bo proudly said his lie even he still not sure if Xiao zhan really could hear and understand his words this morning.

Wang yi bo walking into Intensive Care room first try to help Xiao zhan to save him self from his own aunt evil plan to move him to other hospital. "Xiao zhan this time you have to listen to me if you didn't want your aunt to hurt you again like yesterday. I know your conscious is already back all these time, so you have to told them you can make decision for your own to them." Wang yi bo whisper near Xiao zhan's ears that still laid on bed and stare blankly to the wall. "Xiao zhan can you hear us?" Ming Qu ask to his client and he looking at Wang yi bo confusely after Xiao zhan didn't give all of them any reaction. "We will holding on your hand Xiao zhan, please try to tap your finger if your answer is Yes and twice if your answer is No. Xiao zhan you can do that for us now right?" Wang yi bo ask while holding on Xiao zhan's right hand and he smile brightly when feel Xiao zhan finger move tap on his hand grip once. "Mr Ming Qu come here, hold on Xiao zhan's hand" Wang yi bo give sign to the lawyer. Ming Qu  carefully holding on Xiao zhan's left hand and he smiling when Xiao zhan squish back his hand weakly.

All of them feel surprise when Lawyer straightly ask if Fei yu lin Xiao zhan's aunt try to hurt Xiao zhan all this time and the answer is one tap "yes" Ming Qu ask if Xiao zhan want to still stay in Hope hospital and the answer is yes too, "Xiao zhan, this is the last Question for you, Your aunt try to kill you, did you want to sue her?" Ming Qu ask and make both of Liu Gao and Fei Yu lin become pale. But Xiao zhan answer is "No" his finger tap twice and he answer still same even after Wang yi bo ask the same question just to make sure they didn't get the wrong answer. "Xiao zhan don't worry, we will respect and accept your decision. And from today Mrs Fei yu lin won't allowed to visit you or stay around you until you allowed her in the future." Ming Qu make statement and look seriously at Fei yu lin that still look really unhappy with the fact that she have to face. "Mrs Fei you should feel thankful, your nephew Xiao zhan didn't sue you for all your crime. But i warn you if this happen again, then i will get you into the jail by my own hands." Ming Qu warn and ask Liu Gao to leave with his wife before they start yelling or fight inside the Intensive care room.

"Doctor Wang i'm really sorry about my clients that try to hurt Xiao zhan, as his family lawyer i will stand by Xiao zhan side to protect his right, so i hope Xiao zhan could get the best treatment from the hospital until he really ready to be the real owner of all his family legacy." Ming Qu said sadly when he looking at Xiao zhan that closing his eyes and tear fell from his eyes side. "We will try our best to take care of our patient and its our mistakes too because all these time we didn't realize Mrs Fei sabotage our patient condition until his condition become more worst." Wang yi bo smile while carefully wipes Xiao zhan tears and saliva that start drooling from Xiao zhan's mouth. "This is just the drugs side effect, he will get back to normal after few days. Those pills could cause damage his brain nerves if we are late a bit pump out those pills yesterday. Mr Ming Qu actually Xiao zhan until today still in his worst condition, and i lie to you about Xiao zhan condition before. but he really could hear, feel and also conscious it just he is not fit yet. This morning his body temperature still high and get fever after we forced to pump out his stomatch to clean up those pills from his body yesterday." Wang yi bo sigh and feel glad atleast Xiao zhan now could try to defence him self. "Doctor Wang, i will come back to visit him later in few days after he getting much better and able to told me more fact to avoid his aunt evil plan next time. Please feel free to call me to inform me about Xiao zhan condition anytime." Ming Qu give Wang yi bo his name card before leave.
