Grayson's POV:
Wedding Countdown: 3 weeks

"It was nice seeing you, Beth," I said with a smile. "I should get going."

"Really? But you just got here!"

I thought about what Ethan said about Roonie being uncomfortable with Beth.

"I know... I just realized that I have to go pick up Roonie and finish editing."

"Okay, fine..." she playfully rolled her eyes. "I'll let it slide this time."

She held her arms out for a hug and I awkwardly gave her one. She hugged me tightly for a few seconds before I pushed her off.

"I'll see you around," I said with a smile.

"Okay... bye!"

I turned and walked in the opposite direction.

"Wait, Grayson?"

"Yeah-"

Her lips crashed onto mine.

"What the fuck!" I yelled after pushing her off.

"I am so sorry, Grayson. I don't know what came over me!"

"Just... don't do it again."

"I'm truly sorry, Gray. I don't know what happened."

"Yeah, Whatever... just don't do that ever again please."

I walked off not saying anything else to her. I hopped into the car and wiped my mouth again. Her cherry chapstick lingering on my lips. I groaned and put my head on the steering wheel.

What the hell am I going to tell Roonie?

"Roo?!" I called as I walked into the house.

"She's not here!" Ethan called.

"Do you know where she is?"

"Nope."

I walked into the kitchen to find Ethan eating cereal while watching movies on his phone. I sighed and sat down across from him. There is no way I was going to tell him about what happened with Beth. Ethan would literally murder me. In the past two years Roonie and I have been together, Ethan and her became really close. They became like best friends and learned to love each other like siblings. Ethan would kill me, his actual sibling, over Roonie.

"So... you ran into Beth?"

"Yeah..." I shrugged. "Just a hi and bye type of thing."

"Cool," He said while continuing to stuff his face. "The supporters were starting to get worried."

"What?"

"They were all freaking out wondering who Beth was."

I nodded awkwardly. Did someone spotter kiss between Beth and I and get the wrong idea?

"You good?" I looked up at Ethan who looked at me with a worried expression on his face.

"Yeah, why?"

"You just... you look kinda scared."

"Oh, no... I'm just worried about Roo. She should be back from dress shopping to go over some stuff. I hope she found the right dress."

He nodded and returned to his phone.
