Jena's POV
I was watching TV when my phone started playing my hakuna matata ring tone. I picked it up and answered without taking my eyes off the screen.
"Hello?" I said.
"Jena! I just had the best time of my life." It was Lily. she was ecstatic so she must have just come back from her date with Locke.
"Ooo. How was the date?" I asked with my voice getting higher at the end.
"Amazing." she said dreamily. I chuckled.
"So did you..." I made kissing noises I to the phone.
"Shut up. And yes!" I imagined her googley eyed when she said the last part.
"Tell me all the details! I want to know everything." We spent the next hour talking about their relationship. She said the kiss felt like it meant something. I think is was just because it was her first kiss but she said I wouldn't understand until I had my first kiss.
I was happy for Lily. I knew Locke meant a lot to her and Lily meant a lot to Locke. Even though Locke was a year younger, I think they are going to be a great couple.
