I had two shots and blood drawn today. (12/16/19)
Update about that, I am now running fever with bad arm pain from the immunization shots (12/17/19)
Also this is very inspired, it was inspired by Fandomz_Fangirl who wrote a few soulmate AU one shots in her sander sides one shots, go check her out and show her some love <3

-Virgil's POV-
Everyone has a black spot, whether its on their hand or cheek they have it. When your soulmate touches that black spot it will become colourful. There's where my problem lies.

You see the black spot for me was on my lips so people constantly say that I'm faking it and don't have a black spot and just wear lipstick. My brother Damien tells me to ignore them but it's just so hard!

I always had a thing for art, not just drawing but also music and drama, especially music. So when I drew a pictures of anything and one of my bullies find out they show it to their friends and use it against me. I wrote a few songs, based off my life and of course word got out and I got bullied. That's why I keep to myself.

I was in the middle of art class, in the back, when the teacher called for everyone to pay attention. "Hello class today we have a new student joining us! I expect you to treat him with respect" everyone made a mumble in agreement even though they might not if he's a bully target.

He came in wearing red lipstick though he probably would be wearing more but he probably didn't want to over do it or something. "Hello I'm Remus, my brother is Roman but he doesn't have this class, I know for a fact that I'm gay so if you don't like it fuck off" one female smirked and stood up. "But what if you'd soulmate is a girl~?" "Then I would jump off a cliff and die" he said.

"Alright Remus, sit down where you want there are no assigned seats" this teacher wasn't that strict and understood we are teenagers that are going through a lot right now. Most students here are like me, bullied and not cared about, I was the main target of course but luckily most of the bullies are in gym or something like drama.

Some odd reason he sat with me, others know I'm one of the main bully targets so others steer clear of me so they don't share the same fate and I understand that. "What's your name?" He asks. I look at him shyly. "Virgil..." "Nice to meet you" we talked awhile and I showed him my drawing and he showed me his.

"How about we swap our unfinished drawing and finish it for each other" I nodded and we swapped drawings. The teacher smiled at the fact I was finally able to talk with someone, she's more like a mother to me and Damien.

After a few weeks my bullies found out he was hanging out with me after catching him hanging out with me. Of course they tried to get under his skin but he had no filter and didn't care what people thought of him. He almost imedently started to protect me from them.

He soon introduced me to his brother and his brother took a liking to me. I now have a group of friends, Logan, Patton, Roman, Damien, Remus, and me. We are all good friends and it turns out Logan and Damien are soulmates, they get along well.

One day me and Roman were hanging out. "I'm pretty sure you and my brother are soulmates, you both have black lips, Remus justs hides it because he doesn't want to find his soulmate just for them to be disappointed-" I didn't listen to what he said after that, normally soulmates run into eachother and find out the first day, so this confuses me.

When we got to his and Remus' house Remus just gay (can't say straight because no one here is straight) out hugged me, not unusual but I'm still not that used to it so I slowly hug back. He stopped hugging me and smiles. "Excuse me but I have to leave, me and Patton are going out on a date" I smirk. "Don't you dare tell Logan I'm not using proper grammar!" I playfully rolled my eyes. "K princey" he left and an awkward silence fell between me and Remus.

Remus drags me to his room and closed the door shut. "You okay?" I ask because he normally never let's anyone in his room. "Yeah, just want to be able to spend time with you without my parents bugging us" I nod. "You finish the drawing?" I ask and he nods. "You?" "Yep, I actually have it with me" we took out they drawings and gave it back to each other. "You did good!" "You to" I was still puzzled about what Roman said.

"You okay V?" I sigh and decide to confront him. "Roman said you had black lips like me..... If it true?" He sighs and licks off the lipstick from his lips. Sure enough he had black lips like me. Suddenly I feel his lips on mine. He moves back and I see his lips in full color.

He smiles and just hold me close. "I knew it" he whispers. "Hope you're not disappointed you got me..." I say softly. He looks at me. "V, listen, I knew as soon as I saw you there was going to be something between us, I didn't want it to move to fast like most soulmates because based off the way you act you would have been confused and freak out. I love you just the way you are" I hug him tightly.

We spend the rest of the day coloring together and we even made a song. Soon Roman came back and he brought everyone here. Me and Remus head down holding hands and Damien sees my lips and hugs me. "I told you that you would find the one soon" he says as he let's go of me. I chuckle. "Yeah whatever" he chuckles and gives me my space.

I can hear Patton squeal in excitement. "Amazing kiddos! Wait why didn't this happen the first day you met?" I look at Remus, silently telling him to explain. "I knew me and V were going to be soulmates as soon as I saw him, but based off the fact he was alone and how he acted I figured it would be better to wait" Patton nods and just looks excited.

We all hung out for the rest of today, though I passed out in the middle of it due to lack of sleep, yes I have insomnia. We had fun and I was happy I finally found my soulmate.

Who knew my best friend would end up being my soulmate?
