Chapter 32

Nolan's POV:

Ashley's words stuck to me as we walked in the living room where I saw my brother hugging our Mom. I sighed and saw Papa and Dad's exchange, I sighed and looked down at my girl. She was right, I do need to talk to my parents.

"Hey, are you okay? You kind of spaced out for a minute." I heard Ashley's voice say, I looked at her and nodded my head.

"Yeah, I'm fine. Just thinking about what you said earlier." I said pulling her closer to me as everyone else continued their conversations.

"That's good, at least you're considering talking to them." She said, I smiled and nodded my head.

"I really am gonna talk to them, I just don't know when and how to start it with." I said looking down.

"Baby, don't be like that. You'll know when the time is right, it'll come." She said lifting my head up with her fingers.

"You're the best, I love you so much." I said and pecked her lips.

"Aren't you guys just the cutest?" I heard Ma said, Ashley and I both looked over at everyone else and they were all looking at us. I chuckled while Ashley blushed a bright red and buried her head in my chest.

"When did you guys make it official?" I heard my mom ask, I sucked in a breath and Ashley looked up from me.

"We made it official a few days ago, me being me was too scared at first, but eventually he won my heart and here we are." Ashley explained, I smiled and wrapped both of my arms around her.

"That's so sweet, I'm really happy for the both of you." Mom said giving us big smiles, I returned the smile and looked over at Dad who was looking at us with a smile on his face.

"I knew right from the moment we first walked into this house that you two would end up together." He said, I find it weird how everyone in our family knew we would end up together way before we did.

"Anyways, I'm gonna go start making dinner." Ma said catching everyone's attention, Pa looked at her and shook his head.

"No, you're not cooking today." He said

"What do you mean I'm not cooking today? I can't let everyone starve to death." Ma said placing her hands on her hips giving Pa a look.

"What I mean is that I'm cooking today, you can stay here relax, and think about that baby you're carrying." He said kissing her forehead, I smiled at Ma and Pa's love, they told us stories about how their love story wasn't always as perfect as this. They had their ups and downs too, and I can't wait for Ashley and I to have their kind of relationship.

"Hey, what are you thinking about?" I heard Ashley ask, I snapped out of my thoughts and looked down at her.

"I was thinking about you and I's future." I said bluntly, she blushed a bright pink and looked at me confused.

"What do you mean?" She asked, I smiled and took her face in both my hands.

"I mean that one day, I can see us getting married with kids running around as I walk in our home yelling 'Honey, I'm home.' You are the best thing that has ever happened to me and I plan on marrying you and spending the rest of my life with you." I said, she smiled back and took my hands away wrapping her arms around my neck.

"You're the sweetest, you know that?" She asked, I chucked and wrapped my arms around her waist.

"You're the sweetest." I said kissing her nose, she giggled and buried her face in my chest once again.

"You guys are being too cute that it's making me barf." I heard Ashton say, I turned to look at him covering the sight of Morgan with his body.

"Ashton, what are you doing?" My mom asked him.

"Morgan's too young to see them, she's too innocent." He said as Morgan huffed and crossed her arms over her chest and leaned back in the couch.

"That's just ridiculous, Ash." Shane said, everyone laughed and we all continued to talk about every other little thing.

"Alright, everyone. Dinner's ready!" I heard Pa say as he popped his head out of the kitchen. Everyone dashed to the kitchen to see what he cooked. Casserole, now that's delicious. Everyone got their own plates and one by one got their own share of food, we all decided to eat in the living room and watch TV, family night.

I sat beside Ashley and Shaun snuck in between us, "I wanna cuddle with Ashley." He whined and snuggled up on her side. I pouted making Ashley and the others laugh.

"Suck it up, Nolan." I heard Ashton say, I turned to him and glared at him. He chuckled and turned back to the TV. I rolled my eyes and crossed my arms over my chest and looked over at Ashley and saw Shaun all cuddled up beside her.

'That should be me.' I thought and then shook the thought out of my head. Shaun's a kid and I understand if he wants to be with his cousin.

'C'mon, don't be sad, Nolan. I'll cuddle with you." Ashton teased once again and I just threw him anotner glare. I felt someone looking at me and I turned to Ashley anf saw her looking at me. She smiled and I sighed and shook the thought of her in my arms away because the more I think about it, the more that I want her in my arms, which clearly can't happen.

About halfway through the movie, my parents decided to go home and the other adults decided to get some rest and brought the kids with them. Now, I could finally spend some time with my girlfriend and cuddle with her.

"I missed you." I said to Ashley as I buried my head on her stomach, yes I'm the little spoon at the moment, I like being little spoon.

"We were with each other the whole day, Nolan. How?" She asked me

"I just did, I wanted to cuddle with you but Shaun wanted to, so I didn't have a say in it." I said, she laughed and ran her fingers through my hair. I smiled and urged her to keep going and she did. I sighed in content and I looked around and saw that the guys were all asleep, including Ashton.

"What are you doing?" I heard Ashley ask, I looked at hr and smiled.

"Wanna go for a walk?" I asked her, she raised an eyebrow and looked at her phone.

"Babe, it's 1am, where are we going?" She asked, I thought about it and there was nowhere I wanted to go in particular but I wanted to go out for a walk with Ashley.

"I don't really know, but I wanna go for a walk." I whined, she rolled her eyes and looked at the guys.

"They're asleep, c'mon, we won't be out for too long." I said, she sighed and nodded her head.

"Alright fine, you big baby." She said, I chuckled and got up from my postion and held a hand out for her, she grabbed my hand and pulled herself up.

"Okay, let's put some shoes on and let's go." I said, she nodded her head and we went to get our shoes.

I am officially the worst writer ever, I haven't updated in months, I haven't updated in like 3 months and I am really truly sorry. My laptop charger is still not working and my computer just ain't working. I am sorry if there are more grammar mistake and spelling errors than usual, it's because I'm using my phone.
