"Lieutenant?" The RK800 looked at the male against his desk. "We really can't have a Holiday break?"

"Unfortunately.." Hank sighed loudly. "Don't worry Connor, we'll get the vacation we deserve next time.."

"Fine by me. At least we get to finish some paperwork." Connor added and continued typing.

Even if it's Christmas Eve, the department was quite busy. Some officers asked for an off to be able to spend their time with their families. So the premises wasn't that crowded. A few staffs going out for police patrol and some finishing due work.

Times passed, the place started to become a lot quieter than earlier. The noisy chats died down as hours go by. Heck, some policemen started sleeping on their desks.

Lieutenant Anderson was one of them. He was snoring loudly, sleeping while relaxing on his office chair. The Android made a long and content sigh as he leans back his chair. He turned to the sleeping old man and chuckled quietly.

The brunet noticed the date and couldn't help but smile a little. Connor stood up and scanned around. Everyone's quiet and also busy. A few greetings were heard as some people talk to each other.

Connor turned back to the Lieutenant, he thought of maybe having a short walk outside the department will help him feel the Christmas vibe a little. So the male went out, and told some of the officers that he's going for a short stroll.

The city was peacefully quiet as the RK800 exited the precinct. For once, Detroit wasn't that busy. Connor walked down the wide sidewalk as few people pass by. It was like a revolution never happened. Ever since the revolt happened, humans and androids became strong allies inside the marble planet.

Connor reached the park where he would always walk Sumo during the mornings. He sat down on one of the benches and looked at the over looking view of the city.

"I knew you would be here." A voice said from behind as the Android tensed up.

"You scared me, Hank!" Connor turned around and sighed in relief when he saw the lieutenant.

"Sorry kid." Hank chuckled and sat down beside him. "Merry Christmas by the way."

"Merry Christmas, Hank.." the Android greeted back. "I didn't get the time to buy you a present.."

"It's fine, I don't have either." The old man laughed. "So tell me, why leave without my permission?"

"Oh, sorry to make you worry." Connor apologised quickly. "It won't happen again."

"Nah I'm just messing with you." Hank chuckled. "It's getting cold, wanna grab some coffee?"

"Hank, you know I don't feel cold." The RK800 answered. "And I don't eat nor drink."

"Your body tells a different story." The lieutenant added and noticed the Android is shivering.

"Okay, you got me." Connor laughed softly and followed Anderson.
