Waking up in your own bed, is a good thing.

For the past sixteen years of my life, I genuinely did not know that your bed feels softer when you haven't been in it.

Another thing that I didn't know at the moment, was how, or when I got here.

I don't even remember falling asleep.

Someone probably carried me in from the car.

So, I got up, and I stretched.

Looking through the window, the ground was still covered with snow, but it was raining, making the clouds a purple, black color.

I should paint that soon.

I don't know what it was, but I felt strangely calm.

Maybe I just slept well.

Shrugging it off, I made my way downstairs.

"Pay up brother! Your team just lost." I could hear Axels voice.

  "Oh shut up." Vincent groaned.

"Hi Lana."

"Hey sleepyhead."

"Pizzas in the fridge if you're hungry."

"Vincent just lost a hundred bucks playing Mario party."

I turned to Vincent. "You lost one hundred dollars, over a video game?"

  "Uh-well, you see-,"

"Yes. The answer is yes." Axel finished for him as he gave Vincent back what I'm assuming was his wallet.

"How did you even take that from me?"

Axel shrugged. "Why do you have an unwrapped cough drop in there?"

I chuckled as I began walking to the fridge for a slice of hopefully good pizza.

"Do you like basil? We always put basil on our pizza." Dean asked from the table, among the stack of papers he was filling out.

Oh thank god.

"My favorite is actually cheese with extra basil."

"Oh my god. Lana, we might be twins!" Axel yelled from the couch.

"Is that even possible?" Damon asked with absolute seriousness.

"Hey Dean?" Axel called.

"Yeah?"

"You're the oldest, did Damon ever, oh I don't know, hit his head on his crib too many times?"

"He never hit his head on the crib, I think."

"Ha!" Damon shouted in victory.

"He always put my glue sticks up his nose though. So maybe that was it?" Dean continued.

"Aw, Damon, you've always been an idiot then." Axel fake sympathized.

"This is why Lanas my favorite sibling!" He fired back.

"Oh get over yourself. She's everyone's favorite sibling!"

"You're just mad because Vincent took his hundred bucks back."

That brought the attention over a person.

"Damon, you are a snitch."

"Give me my money." Axel ordered.

"Kids, stop fighting." Dean groaned as he got up from the table.

"I'm literally a year younger than you." Vincent pointed out.
