Chapter 19: His Room

Rey's POV:

Once we're in the air, I set in the coordinates for our first stop and leave the cockpit pit in Chewie's care. I found Finn and took him to his new room and left him to settle in, I found it for him when I was on one of my last missions. I take this time to my advantage and tell BB-8 the entire plan, then I ask him to catch Chewie upon it while I get settled in; he beeps happily in agreement. I walk down the hallway and pass all the different rooms of the passengers who have previously been on the ship. At the end of the hall are two doors, one is Ben's old room and the other is the room I have claimed for myself. As I enter the room I sit down on the army cot, I am glad our first stop is to Naboo because I really don't want to sleep on an army cot the whole time and it will give us time to shop for other decorations and useful items, that was the plan if Ben was right about everything. I grab a halo pad and decide to make a list of anything and everything my room might need. Once finished I decide to head into Ben's room and do the same thing. When I enter his room I am very careful not to disturb anything. There is not a whole lot in the room, primarily a toddler bed, a few scattered toys, and a few unique items that appeared to be for very low-level Jedi training. I can't bring myself to do anything in the room, It just seems like I would disturb a moment in time if I did, so I leave the room. I pass the halo pad around to the rest of the crew to have them add on their items to the list as well. By the time the list is complete, we are preparing to enter Naboo's atmosphere.
