🕓The Question

Taehyung's POV

She's a flirt! Why did she have to kiss me?! She's so full of herself. She's gotten worse.

I left the bathroom and- "Wait. I don't have any clothes." I looked for a towel and GLADLY there was one inside one of the cabinets. I quickly wrapped my lower part with it and went out. Hope that Jennie won't see me like this. Who knows what she'll do to me?

The flashback of what happened last night suddenly came to me.

"Ani, ani.. Stop thinking about that." I heard a sound coming from the kitchen. "Was that Jennie?" I hid behind a table. It could be her! She can't see me looking like this.

"Taehyung?" I immediately stood up. It's just her grandma, phew. "Why are you hiding?"

"Ahh.. Good morning.. I'm just being careful. Jennie might see me."

"So what if she see's you?" She's gonna fvck me.

"Um.. I'm just not used to people seeing me naked like this. Do you perhaps have clothes for me to borrow?"

"Well.. My son left a lot of clothes in his room. You should just get from there. He's generous. He'll understand. His room is just beside Jennie's."

"Thank you." I tiptoed toward's Jennie's father's room. Don't create a sound Taehyung or you're doomed.

At last, I finally got clothes from her father's room and wore it immediately. I left the room and saw her grandma looking outside. Good thing I didn't stop her time.

"Excuse me Mrs. Kim.. What are you doing here? Do you like the view from outside?" I took a stool and sat beside her.

"Yes. Jennie would always sit beside me before, together with her grandpa. But it changed. My little granddaughter is busy with her work but I understand her. I just miss the old times and sitting here brings back the memories."

"I'm sorry." I didn't know the impact could be this bad. I just wanted to make her suffer because of what she did. I didn't consider the feelings of her family.

"It's okay.. I've moved on. I know I'll be leaving soon but I didn't want Jennie to live alone. Her family died when she was nine. We took care of her since then." Why am I feeling guilty suddenly? "I'm worried about her."

"Don't worry Mrs. Kim. You still have time." I'm still here so no one will lose their life. She smiled at me and looked outside. "Mrs. Kim.. What was Jennie like before everyone died?"

"Jennie? She's a very cheerful little girl. She's so friendly and she had many friends before. She even had a secret admirer when she was ten. She was a walking rainbow."

"But then.. What happened?"

"Then her parents suddenly got in a car accident. The police said it was because of drunk driving. But.. My son never drinks. We just had to believe what they said and accept it."

"How about her friends?"

"Her friends died one by one each day. Because of a sickness, an accident, a crime, murder and suicide. It was pretty tough for her but she's still strong and I'm proud of her for never losing hope."

"But Mrs. Kim, I'm actually curious about something. Was Jennie serious about any relationship?"

"Jennie? She has never been into a relationship." REALLY?! Wah... She said she had slept with many guys but she never had a boyfriend? "If you're interested in her, I'm rooting for you."

I laughed nervously at her. "No, no.. I don't even know her well."

"She's a really nice girl, Taehyung. She may be really flirty and clingy but trust me. She's the sweetest when she loves you."

"Grandma?" There she is.. Just looking at her disgusts me. She bid goodbye and left. Is she really like that or she's just acting good 'cause I'm here?

"Taehyung, will you do me a favor?" I leaned closer to her and nodded. "I know I'm not gonna last long and no one will look after my Jennie."

"You're asking me to look after her?"

"Can you do that for me?"

Why do I have to?

"I'll do my best. But I can't promise I can stay with her for long. I'm also going back to where I came from."

"I trust you, Taehyung. I know you're not gonna fail me." She started catching her breath.

"Mrs. Kim? Mrs. Kim!!" I immediately called an ambulance. This isn't what I think it is, right? I'm here! How on earth is this happening? Who's controling the time?
