🕦The Dream

Before Jennie woke up after the incident..

"Jennie?" Her grandma was walking towards her. Jennie woke up and ran towards ger grandma. She hugged her and cried.

"Grandma.. I miss you.." She said in between her sobs. "Tell me that I'm not dreaming.."

Her grandma smiled and caressed her hair. "I won't be long Jennie. I just want to tell you something. I think you should know about this."

"What is it?"

"Do you remember the story I've been telling you when you were a kid? About.. Someone named Time?"

"What about it? It's just a made up story grandma. He's not that important." Her grandma shook her head. "What?"

"No, dear. Time is real. And you've met him already. He was sent here to find that clock he used years ago."

"But what do you mean by that? I talked to him already? Who is he? Who's that heartless person who made me suffer like this?"

"Taehyung."

"T-Taehyung?! It can't be Taehyung. Maybe you just think it's him but it's not true. He can't be the one who took everyone from me."

"I've been dreaming about how he became time and I'm sure it's him. The moment I saw him, I knew you were destined to meet each other."

"Grandma.. How.. Where did you get all these? How did you know everything about him? How did you know it's him?"

"I have the Chronomagus."

"Is that the clock?" She nodded. "How.."

"My friend gave it to me as a gift. You know I love collecting old things. She didn't know what to do to that clock so she gave it to me. Since I had it, I would always dream about how he become and be time."

"Taehyung... Taehyung really killed everyone?" Jennie's eyes slowly turned teary. "It's all him.."

"I still don't know why he did that. All I know is, he was trying to save someone." Jennie kept on shaking her head. She didn't expect it to be Taehyung.

"That's why he said that what if.."

"Jennie, I don't want you to act childish and immature. You have to listen to him and know why he did that. I know Taehyung is a good guy. My guess is.. his past was too painful that he had to do that."

"But he still ruined my family! I can't forgive him, grandma. I can't just forgive someone who took the people I love away!"

"You still don't know what happened. But I'll leave it to you. Think before you do anything, Jennie. Be strong, okay?"

Jennie's POV

"Why does it have to be you Taehyung?" He knocked on my door. I immediately stood up and opened it. He was dressed in that black suit again. "Good. You're finally leaving."

"I want to tell you something before I go. I hope you can still forgive me after this." I crossed my arms and waited for him to talk. "I'm the reason why you're alone. I did take your family away." He was crying and I was trying to hold back my anger. "But I regret it, Jen. I.. If I can just go back and bring them all back I will. I'm sorry."

"You're Time, right? Then go. Bring them back so I can forgive you." I closed the door and went back to bed.

"I'm sorry.." I heard his footsteps in going down the stairs.

Part of me wants him to go and leave. But part of me wants him to stay. "Why would I want him to stay? Don't be dumb Jennie. He killed your family. He deserves it. Don't feel bad." A tear escaped my eyes but I immediately wiped it off. "Stop crying! You shouldn't cry because of him!"

I suddenly heard ticking sounds coming from my table. I stood up and looked for it.

Under a bunch of papers was an old pocket clock. "Is this.. What grandma was talking about? The Chronomagus.."
