Taehyung's POV
"Taehyung." The creator called. "You only have less than a month left. Why aren't you looking for the Chronomagus?"
"I still have to take care of something. I'll look for it when I fix everything with Jennie."
"Very well. But let me just remind you of what happened in your past life. History can repeat itself Taehyung. She might be the reason why you'll remain as Time, again."
"She won't be. I'll look for the Chronomagus. Don't worry, i'll return it to you. I have to take care of her for now."
"She was really someone special, wasn't she? It's just sad because everything ended."
"Enough."
"Why? Can't you still accept that she's no longer your friend when you left her?"
"I said enough!"
"You still can't move on Taehyung. That's the truth. You can't lie to me because I saw everything."
"Fine. I regret leaving my bestfriend. It broke me into pieces. It hurt me so much. You're right. Happy?"
"And what's happening now? Why did you give in?"
"It's.. It's back."
"You do know that this punishment isn't just because of the Chronomagus. It's not just because you meddled with time. It's something you did in your past that after a thousand years, you still can't admit."
--
I opened my eyes and saw her in between my arms. I caressed her face and smiled. "If you can just remember me.."
My eyes landed on her lips. I can't control myself anymore. I leaned closer to her face and kissed her lips gently. I didn't want to wake her up but she opened her eyes and looked at me. I quickly pulled away.
"Ah- It was nothing." She didn't look convinced. "I thought I just-" She pecked on my lips.
"Don't worry. I don't mind." She smiled. "What happened last night... Did you really want to do it? Or it's because you're drunk enough to realize that you're making out with me?"
"I meant everything I did. I wanted to do it."
"I thought I really didn't appeal to you." I tuck a strand of hair behind her ear and smiled.
"Was I good?" I teasingly asked her.
"The best one I ever had." She poked my nose and chuckled. "Now let's fix ourselves and go home." We picked up our clothes and left. Technically mine was torn so we had to run. He drove us back to the house. "I'll take a shower. You coming?"
"What? Yah. Last night was enough." She pouted and walked to the bathroom. "Aish, Jennie.." I went to my room and saw Baekhyun, crossing his arms. "You saw the whole thing, didn't you?"
"The best one she ever had... Psh! I was better!" I rolled my eyes at him. "Your dick was just bigger."
"Yah! Y-you were looking at my part?!"
"It's hard not to look. We're both men, what are you implying? Tsk. I should've taken your body instead of Taeyong's."
"Sucks to be you. You can't take my body. I'm no longer living. I'm not even dead."
"Then you shouldn't have killed me!" I stopped and looked at him.
"I already said sorry. Stop letting me remember." I sat on my bed and and looked at the calendar. "I only have half a month to find that clock."
"Wait. You're leaving? How about Jennie? You're just gonna leave her all alone?" I don't want to. But this is for the best.
"If I stay, I will be forced leave her and this place. I'll forever remain as time. If I go, I'll be born again as a normal human and I'll have a chance to see her again. That's why I'm telling her everything so it won't be hard for her to let go."
"Taehyung?" I turned to the door. It's Jennie. I stood up and opened it. "Who are you talking to?"
"Huh? Um.. I was.. My reflection?"
"Tch. You're weird." She ran to the bed and jumped. Her back was facing the ceiling. "Your bed's nice." She said in a muffled tone.
"You can stay if that's what you're trying to say." I sat on the edge of the bed. "I also want to tell you a story."
She got up and faced me. "About what?"
"About your past. About how I ended up like this. About what happened to us."
