Once Langerhammer's henchmen took us to a van they blindfolded Maddy, and I. As they were driving (in my head) I tried to calculate the seconds to how many miles. Although if I counted too loud a henchmen would tell me to shut it so overall we failed to determine our chosen destination. I was persistent of knowing the location we are being taken to, yet Hank was getting quite jumpy.

"Hey shut it. We don't need some stupid kids counting their ABC's or 123's." Hank ordered, as he looked behind from the passenger seat.

"Sorry." I calmly replied, although Maddy wasn't thinking as nicely as I was which was definitely concerning.

"Hey Mason isn't doing anything harmful he's just....." Maddy said to Hank, however I quickly interrupted her in trying to keep us on good terms with the kidnappers.

"Maddy, don't tell them that." I whispered, while giving her a few hand signals to stay quiet, however I don't think she processed anything of what I meant instead contradicted it.

"Why not? I can do whatever I want. It's not like I would blurt out and tell them about the evidence you.." Maddy told me, as she just blurted it realizing that might have not been the greatest thing due to not having it with us.

"This is why girls shouldn't get mixed in these things. They are such a reliability it's remarkable we aren't dead yet." I grinned, although Maddy took my words quite offensive to another level with a past remembrance.

"Excuse me? Without me you could have been a dead not alive. Those times don't exclude my meaningful presence." Maddy remarked, reminding Mason that she's a part of this exciting adventure.

"If you would minded your own business. I would've been perfectly fine going on this adventure by myself thank you very much." I responded, that phrase defiantly go her going but in a sort of bad way.

"If I wouldn't have ran after you that would of been your last appointment. So don't leave me out of it for I make a bigger impact then you might realize." Maddy stated, yet Langhammer had enough of this quarrel.

"Enough! Now could that be the little plastic bag you two swiped from me?" Jeremy sternly asked, seeing that I actually brought one of the two capsules along.

"Swiped is a harsh word rather I'd say more like permanently borrowed." I answered, although Maddy didn't want any part with the theft matter.

"Besides I never swiped or stolen anything. So I have no business of being here then I'll just be leaving this fun group." Maddy said, trying to pin the blame one someone other than herself.

"Young lady you are certainly an accomplice. Listen do not play games with me for this is the boy you saw in my cellar correct, Hank?" Jeremy demanded, as he quickly removed the blindfold to show Hank, and put it back on tighter.

"Yes sir." Hank orderly replied, he was quite certain by the broad answering tone and face shown.

"There you see now I have a eyewitness, and he's found both of you guilty as charged." Jeremy snickered, closing the case.

"Now you're the judge, jury, and prosecutor? That's quite a difficult task to endure, and I definitely wouldn't want you to over stress yourself. " I replied, Yet the discussion shifted to a different topic.

"Obviously. Ah looks like we have arrived at our destination for a certain time. You both should recognize this place quite well." Jeremy confirmed, as he pulled our blindfolds off that made my forehead bleed.

As we arrived to the so-called destination I recognized it immediately due to I was there with Maddy quite recently.

"Midwich school? What's so special about this place?" Maddy questioned, while looking around.
