"What was that?" asked Rin. "Now that you have made a vow it can never be broken unless you wish to die," said Vincent. While Fei, Rin and Mike were baffled by what just happened. The others slowly glanced at ⨊ in Ian's arms, but looked away when they felt Ian glaring at them.
"She never ages," said Ian as if nothing had happened. "Then how old..." "You don't need to know," said Ian interrupting Haley. "Ian, do you remember when you were a kid and used to talk about helping someone?" asked Nina cautiously. "What do you want to say?" asked Ian. "Was that just a fantasy or was it real?" asked Vincent. "It was real," said Ian. "Then that person you wanted to go to..." said Nina trailing off and glancing at ⨊. "It's her," said Ian.
"What are you guys..." said Rin stopping when she saw Ian's expression. "I was with her in my previous life," said Ian. "But if you talk about her or me or my relationship with her to anyone. I'll personally destroy you myself," he added. Ian didn't care if they talked about him but knew that, since he was with her it would be dangerous for her if others knew anything about him.
"So that's why you behaved like that with her and how you recognized her," said Caren. "So she isn't really a kid is she?" asked Nina. Ian just ignored her. Even though they took the vow he didn't trust anyone and didn't want anyone to know anything about her. "We have taken the vow again, we won't repeat," said Nina. "You don't need to know anything about her," said Ian. "So stop asking any more questions," he added. "Once, she gets better we really have to apologize to her. For treating her like a kid," said Nina changing the subject.
