"⨊?" called out Ian once they were alone. But there was no response from her. "It's ok you can rest," he said holding her close to him. "You know I don't trust anyone with you, not even ℥enji and them," said Ian having a one-sided conversation with her.

"That good to hear, glad you didn't have to learn that lesson the hard way," came ℥enji's voice from beside him. "You really do like to stay in the shadows don't you?" said Ian. "Seems like you have gotten used to me," said ℥enji glancing at ⨊ in Ian's arms. "Let me see her," said ℥enji. "I won't take her away. Plus she cannot travel when she becomes injured to this extent," he added.

When ℥enji saw ⨊'s wounds he halted, he knew she was injured and weak. But seeing her like this made him distressed. He was careful not to rub her wounds and sat her on his lap. "When did she come?" "I found her around three days ago," said Ian. "Show me," Ian showed ℥enji the image of when he found ⨊. "The doctor said she can't see, hear, talk, or feel anything at the moment," said Ian. "She can't even hear or see with her abilities," he added when he noticed ℥enji trying to talk to her in that way.

"She seems to be resting at the moment," said ℥enji watching her and trying to examine her. "What?" asked Ian seeing the change in ℥enji expression and atmosphere. "Her wounds are deep and seemed to be caused by a powerful being or item," said ℥enji. "Had she talked to you before she went to sleep?" asked ℥enji. "Didn't you hear me say that I don't trust you with her, now hand her over," said Ian stretching his arms to take her.
