"Think I'm overreacting? That I'm being mean to him? That I should set him free?" asked ⨊ annoyed. "No, your right. If he can't even handle the simplest of orders, then he would get himself in trouble. Testing him is right," said ℥enji wanting to tell her that it's not a test if Ian is already marked, but knew that she was angry with him. And that this was her way of punishing him without actually hurting him.

"But remember that it's a test and it's ok to punish him when he does something wrong, but don't push him too much," said ℥enji knowing that ⨊ would be distressed over punishing Ian more than Ian himself. ℥enji knew that ⨊ would end up avoiding Ian if she felt that she was in the wrong for treating him that way. "I know I have a right to punish him. Why? You think I'm too cruel to him?" asked ⨊. "The only reason I said not to push him too much is not for his sake. It's ok with Ian himself if you treated him like a slave or even experimented on him considering the way he is. But you would end up getting distressed over pushing him away and punishing him. And might end up keeping your distance from him," said ℥enji.

"Like I said if he passes the test and still wishes to be with me, I'll tell him about the mark. My behavior towards others won't change though I might be extra friendly in front of him and ignore him. He can think of it as a way to practice to control himself. And..." said ⨊ stopping herself. "And? It's only me, I won't tell anyone and I can help you," said ℥enji. "I also need some time getting used to having him around but not being close to him. That's why I'm keeping my distance and ignoring him," mumbled ⨊ in a small voice.
