"Like I said we don't know if that kid never ages. If she is one of them," said Mike. "We can be sure that she hasn't aged," said Vincent. "And if she was with him before..." said Nina trailing off and eyeing Vincent. Vincent understood what Nina meant and froze. "Then how old is she?" asked Vincent. "What are you two talking about?" asked Haley. "Did you two forget that I have taken the vow as well?" she added.
"We have, but..." said Gin looking at Fei, Rin and Mike. "I swear I won't say anything," said Fei with Mike and Rin nodding along. "You have to vow to her and see if Ian is ok with letting you know about it," said Vincent. "If it's ok, we can tell you," said Nina. "I don't think Ian would let us meet him today," said Steve. "We can go tomorrow," said Caren.
The next day after work they went over to Ian's house. "We will behave," said Nina when Ian opened the door jabbing Fei. "Sorry about yesterday," said Fei and Rin simultaneously. "Talk nonsense. And I'll kick you out and never let you enter this house again," warned Ian as he went about holding ⨊ in his arms. "Ian, does she ever age?" asked Nina. "Why?" "They were talking about how the kid looks the same and I told them about beings who never age," said Mike explaining things when Nina glanced at him. "Alex is not here?" asked Ian watching them. "We should tell him... so he can watch out for her," said Nina.
"Alex turned out to be like those other women. She said she wanted to set her friend up with you and..." said Gin scared to word it. "And?" "She said you were wasting your life looking after..." said Caren stopping when she saw Ian's atmosphere become dark and dangerous. "We told her to never come near any of us again," said Gin explaining himself.
