Ian watched as ⨊ tried to put on a blank expression for the most part as he treated her wounds. But would frown every now and then subconsciously revealing that it hurt. Ian saw that ⨊ was trying to hide herself and the pain she felt. "⨊ you don't have to hide when you're with me," said Ian knowing that she couldn't hear him.

⎨Why didn't you leave me at the care unit?⎬ wrote ⨊ when Ian was done treating her wounds. "I would never ever do that. No matter what," said Ian getting upset and putting her on his lap. ⎨I found you. You are my responsibility.⎬ wrote Ian. ⎨I am not. Leave me at the unit tomorrow.⎬ wrote ⨊. "Do you hate staying with me that much?" asked Ian. Wanting to ask her. Wanting to tell her how he felt about her. ⎨No.⎬ wrote Ian. ⎨Why? I am just a stranger.⎬ wrote ⨊. Ian understood that if it was seen that way, it would be weird for him to take care of her.

⎨You are not a stranger to me.⎬ wrote Ian. ⎨I know you.⎬ he added. Ian wanted to pretend that he didn't recognize her so as not to scare her. But pretending not to know her would also mean giving her a reason to leave his side. ⎨How?⎬ wrote ⨊. ⎨I have never been here before.⎬ she added. ⎨You have. You were my neighbor when you lived here.⎬ wrote Ian. (He recognized me as Eumi?) ⎨Why do you think I am her?⎬ wrote ⨊. ⎨You are wrong.⎬ she added. "My silly little love. Did you really think I wouldn't realize it's you? I will always recognize you no matter what your appearance may be," said Ian. ⎨I know it's you Eumi. I will always recognize you.⎬ wrote Ian embracing her gently.
