"I CAN'T BELIEVE YOU!" you shouted at the top of your lungs, tears free falling down your face as you turned to your wife, who was looking at you with guilt plastered on her face
"Babe..." Brie began but you didn't let her speak, not wanting to hear her making up excuses
"Don't babe me, Brie! Save whatever poor excuse you were going to make me buy! You SLEPT with someone else! You broke my trust, you hurt my feelings and you expect me to forgive you?!" you continue raising your voice, slamming your hand on the table out of rage, hurt.
Brie winced at the sound and hang her head down low, knowing that what she did was wrong and there was no going back to fix things. She didn't even know why she slept with that girl, she loved you with all her heart. But she guessed that one drunk night after an argument could make her forget.
She felt dirty, like being with another woman was covering her with a sin she could never wash away. She hated hurting you. She wished she could wipe your tears away and hold you in her arms, telling you how much she loved you and how sorry she was, but she couldn't do it. She knew you would just push her away and she didn't blame you for it. What she did was horrible.
"Whatevet did I do that it was so wrong to make you do this to me?" you whispered with a broken voice, tired of yelling, letting yourself fall on a chair
"All I've ever done was loving you, more than I could ever love myself. I always made sure to make you happy, making you feel special, appreciated, loved... I never once complained about you being gone for months because you had to shoot some stupid movie... I always waited for you with open arms... You were the only thing I could think about... And this is how you repay me... " you scoff and rest your elbow on the table, your head supported by your hand.
Before Brie could say anything you continued "Who knows how many girls you fucked all those months you weren't home! I trusted you completely! I thought 'Oh, no. It' s Brie, she would never do that! ' Guess I was fucking wrong!" you were a sobbing mess, the pain in your chest almost making it impossible to breathe.
You loved this woman with everything in you. There was nothing you wouldn't do for her, and her hurting you this way... It was tearing you apart, piece by piece, leaving nothing but a hole in your chest.
You couldn't stand to look at her in this moment. You stood up and reached for the bottle of wine in the fridge, not bothering to get a glass, and drank straight out of the bottle
You heard her coming over and moved away when she tried to take the bottle of your hands, spilling wine on the floor
"STAY AWAY FROM ME!" you scream and began crying again, unable to stop.
"Look what you made me do..." you mumbled looking down at the wet floor and started wiping it.
Brie just stood there, not knowing what to say to just make you feel better. You never raised your voice at her, not once in your ten years of relationship, so when you did she felt sick to the stomach.
I did this... She hates me...
She thought as she went to help you wipe the floor. You didn't push her away, you appreciated her helping you. The house fell in an uncomfortable silence, the only thing you could hear was the clock hanging on your wall.
Brie didn't try to stop you again when you drank again from the bottle, but you kind of wished she did. You knew she cared about you and you hated how you raised your voice at her. You were so upset and wine was helping you numbing the pain.
"Y/N..." Brie began after moments of silence.
Your glassy eyes landed on hers, keeping quiet to let her continue
