〈 Amanda 〉

Corbyn and I exit the car and I gave him a small smile before entering the house.

"Hey mom" I pecked her cheek.
"Hey honey, are you sleeping at the Besson's tonight?" she asked as I went upstairs.
"Not really sure" I replied.

I shut the door to my bedroom and put down my bag before blasting Taylor Swift.

She had to know the pain was beating on me like a drum

She underestimated just who she was stealing from

I laughed at the lyrics which kind of matched what was I feeling at the moment.

After I changed clothes, I went downstairs and flopped in the couch with some snacks in hand.

"What'r your plans tonight?" mom then asked.
"I probably won't stay at the Besson's but the three of us will go somewhere with a friend." I replied as I ate.
"Boy?" she chuckled.
"Nah" I said. "Her name's Christina" I added.
"Just go back before dinner okay? You know the drill" she said.
"Yeah, course" I nodded and continued watching the television.

Soon, Ashley scares me.

Again.

"Get ready!" she tuned.
"Yeah yeah" I quickly replied and put down the snacks I was holding.

I went back to my room and saw Ashley eating the snacks I had.

Suddenly I thought.

What if Christina shows up as an e-girl?

Should I show off to Christina?

Should I show off to Corbyn?

Wait, why am I even gonna show off to Cor—

After I finally decided what to wear, I stepped down stairs and saw that my plate was now empty.

"I definitely didn't eat any of that. Bye aunt!" Ashley said and pulled me outside.

Corbyn started the engine.

"Luckily we aren't picking her up" I sighed.
"That would feel like something" Ashley said.
I look back on her, "Hey I missed you being there at the backseat!" I said.
"You do?" she 'awed'.
"Yeah, you should break up with your boyfriend" I joked.

Corbyn bursted out of laughter and she playfully rolled her eyes.

"I wanna go home already." I frowned.
"You're so cringy" Corbyn laughed.

I playfully rolled my eyes.

"Can we cancel?" I whined.

He shook his head.

I groaned.

"Fine, i'll sleep and wake me up before we go go" I chuckled.
"Go ahead" he smiled and took a turn.

The mall wasn't that near from the house so I could definitely use a bit of sleep.

It was now an hour before dinner and we were back in the car, ready to go home.

Christina actually made up to her mistakes but there was still a bit of me that find her annoying.

But not as much as I did before.

We also ate pizza, which was Christina's treat.

And all bought matching shirts!

It's pretty sad how quick the connection between Christina and Corbyn was.

I have nothing against it though.

Nothing against it...

"Ready for Friday night A? I planned this day all week. Not all week, but you get the point." he chuckled as we went outside their house.
