Alexandra

I surveyed the area closely, looking around for anyone or any movements. We followed her possible trail, it just led us to once again, another building. It looked similar to the last one, all worn down, about to fall; abandoned.

"I don't see anyone." Jordyn said to me, and I shrugged. "Me either," I responded. "Should we just go in?" Theo asked, and I concentrated on the building.

"There are people in there." I spoke up, and they looked at me warily, they didn't see anyone. "Just listen." I responded, and they all went silent.

It was silent for a moment, then we heard a yell. It sounded like someone was being tortured, it had to be Gideon. I went to run at the source of the distress, but someone yanked my arm back.

"Let go." I demanded trying to pull away. "You don't even know him." Ethan argued holding onto my arm. "He's only in there because he helped me." I whisper-yelled.

"I don't care." He said through gritted teeth. "Ethan's right, A. We need a plan before we have a repeat of earlier." Jackson rubbed my arm trying to calm me, he could tell I was about to flip on him.

"Okay." I responded, Ethan finally letting go of my arm. "What do you suggest we do?" I asked, crossing my arms.

"We don't know how many people she has in there, we could be walking into a massacre." Jordyn said, and I nodded.

"Wait- sh." I stopped him, and listened to a voice I was hearing. "Des, you couldn't even follow through with one simple task." I heard Larce's voice and I furrowed my brows.

"To be completely clear, I don't take orders from you. It was a completely broad favor that I was doing for you in order for you to give me what I want, what's mine." she demanded.

"Larce is in there." I turned to them, and they all looked at me confused. "Larce made a deal with her." I added, and began listening more.

"You had both of them in front of you and you still couldn't manage to pull the trigger." he said harshly towards her. "kind fo cruel, even for you. Your daughter was right there, she would have seen them die, I mean I love a good slaughter but still."

"Larce was the one who wanted us killed." Grayson scoffed. "He just can't hop off can he?" Ethan shook his head.

"I can go there, Larce may want you guys dead but he wants me alive." I looked at each of them. "I wouldn't count on it." Ethan whispered under his breath.

"I'm going, Jordyn cover me from behind the door. If I need help you guys will be right there, you'll know." I reassured them and they all nodded reluctantly.

I snuck around the building to the front door, once I saw them behind me waiting by the door I nodded at them, and walked in.

"Well well well, so much for enemies," I spoke, and their heads cocked in my direction. My voice echoed off of the walls, and I saw Gideon tied to a chair, with a puddle of blood under him. I winced for him, and continued my walk over to the two leaders.

"Alexandra, honey, I'm glad you're here." Larce put on a smile, I could tell that it was all for show. "Are you now? Did you tell this bitch to tie me up and try to kill my friends in front of me?" I asked, as I arrived in front of him, he looked wary of how close des was to me.
