Me looking at all the happy comments about Kairi confessing:

Mattia closed his eye briefly before opening them again and Kairi instantly noticed that they were glossy. That can't be good can it....

Maybe they're tears of joy?

But when Mattia's lips never even twitched upwards Kairi knew that they definitely weren't, and that made him freak out, his eyes going wide as he waited for his friends next move because he wasn't going to say or do anything. The boy being too scared of doing something that would make matters even worse.

So you can say that Kairi was quite surprised when Mattia had pulled him into an almost bone crushing hug, their bodies flush against each other as the younger tucked his head into the crook of Kairi's neck, the wasian boy feeling the way Mattia inhaled his scent deeply, his lips just happening to press right against his jugular making Kairi's knees wobble. His lips weren't even doing anything and it still left the small boy a mess.

What he didn't realize was just how hard Mattia was resisting to do something with the mouth that was pressed against his best friends throat. Just how badly he wanted to make his dream turn into a reality, just how much he just wanted. But he couldn't, for several different reasons.

One: They were in Alvaro's room, that would be just fucking weird if anything were to escalate.

Two: He was dating Jenna and he didn't want to hurt her like that again. Ever again. He cared about her too much, no matter what his feelings for Kairi were.

Speaking of feelings-

Three: Mattia was fucking confused. Everything was just moving too fast. I mean yeah, he asked for this. Quite literally. But that being said, he didn't actually expect for Kairi to say yes. This was his fault and he knew he was going to hurt Kairi again but he just couldn't. He thought he was straight. His dad was going to fucking kill him.

Mattia pulled away from the boy with haste even though his expression was rather calm on the outside and knocked on the door. "Guys let us out, we've settled everything."

"......for real?"

"Yes. Now open the goddamn door bitch."

"Okay jeez chill out, Arlo." (A/N good dinosaur) Alvaro muttered before unlocking the door and whipping it open, the pair instantly seeing like six wide smiles aimed at them.

Which dimmed down when Mattia only fixed them with an unamused expression before making his way through them. Alejandro catching on, placed his hand on the taller boys bicep to stop him. "Hey where you going?"

"Home." Is all Mattia said before he pulled away from his touch and made his descent to the first floor were he preceded to put on his shoes.

"I thought you were staying overnight though?"
