I'm still planning on making a AlexKai book but if I end up making another Mairi book it's mostly going to be

Texting/ social media au because those are really fun to write and I can publish multiple chapters in a day.

I'm not sure how many chapters are left but I see going to at least the 50's before ending.

"KAIRI!"

Before the boy could even process the voice that just yelled out his name he felt his feet tripping over themselves as a sudden weight was forcibly thrown on him.

"Holy-"

Kairi was now on the ground. "Alvaro get off of me, you fat rat." He grunted before pushing the boy off and immediately feeling a pair of arms helping him up.

"Hey you okay?" Mattia whispered softly, holding a tight grip on the others waist.

Kairi only nodded with a blush tinting his cheeks before he slowly got out of Mattia's hold and smiled up at him.

"You guys are so gay." Alvaro fake gagged before pulling Kairi out of Mattia's grasp making the black haired boy roll his eyes.

"Says the twink."

"I swear that's the only insult you can come up with. Just wait until you get Kai's dick up you and then we'll see who's the twink." Alvaro retorted.

And even though Mattia didn't reply, his lips still slyly formed into a smirk at his friends words as he crossed his arms. He fell into step with Robert and Roshaun in the back but still kept an eye on Kairi's short form, watching with a fond smile as the boy's brunette locks lightly bounced with every step the boy took.

They were walking to the mall, Kairi's mom deciding that it would be good for Kairi to hang out with his friends after being alone for three months in the hospital.

"So you never told me why you and Mattia aren't together."

"What is there to say? He never asked me out." Kai replied as he walked in between Alvaro and Alejandro who were in the front.

Alvaro scoffed. "Mans was literally a mess the whole three months. Come to think of it, I don't think there was really a day when Mattia was just...happy." He paused before shaking his head. "And yet he still can't ask you out."

"Al give him a break." Alejandro said softly before throwing his arm around Kairi, a habit he had found himself missing in the past months.

"He was probably just waiting until Kai finally got out of the hospital." He added before shrugging.

"Yeah? Well he's been out of the hospital for three days now and the last time I checked—they're still friends."

"You guys do know that I'm right freaking here?" The older boy announced.

Alvaro looked at him before rolling his eyes. "Oh really? I completely forgot, thanks for reminding me!" He said sarcastically, resulting in Kairi shoving him quite hard in his side making him almost fall onto the sidewalk.

"I was joking, chill. But anyways, as I was say-"

"No. Let's not listen to Alvaro anymore." Alejandro cut his boyfriend off quickly and the boy instantly pouted but decided to stay quiet.
