"He said he won't be here for another thirty minutes."

"That's fine. It's only five." Alejandro said with a shrug before going back on his phone.

"But that's just less time for it." Alvaro complained and Kairi looked at them with an arched eyebrow.

"For what?"

"Uh..." The pair looked at each other for a moment before looking back at Kairi like a deer caught in the headlights.

The wasian boy rolled his eyes in annoyance before crossing his arms. "Why are y'all starting to hide shit?"

"Says you."

Everyone looked over at Robert, mostly with unamused stares, Alejandro looking down in annoyance. But Kairi only stared at him confused. "The fuck is that supposed to mean?"

Everyone instantly narrowed their eyes at Robert, basically daring him to say something about Kairi's sexuality, and when the word "everyone" was used, it meant Alvaro and Alejandro since their the only ones Kairi told...besides Mattia of course:

Plus Alejandro told them (lied to them) multiple times that they were both straight (with absolutely no help from Alvaro) and yet no one cared to listen to him.

"Uh just that..." The boy trailed off as he looked at the other guys for help, scratching the back of his head nervously.

"Hey did you see this cute girl commented on your TikTok and everyone is freaking out about it." Hector suddenly announced in an attempt to throw Kairi off.

The said boy scrunched his face up in confusion as he looked over at Hector. "What?"

"Yeah, her name is like...Emily or something."

All the guys huddled up to the phone, their eyes widening when they saw the girl Hector was talking about. She was definitely fucking pretty, long and wavy brunette hair, brown eyes, and a gorgeous smile. "Kai come here!" Alejandro exclaimed, waving him over.

Kairi rolled his eyes but went over nonetheless, squeezing in front of Alejandro to get a better view of the screen. His eyes widening the slightest when seeing the girls face...yeah she was pretty. Definitely. Would probably be his type-

Except the fact that he had an almost revoltingly huge crush on Mattia.

"Mmmm not interested." He said flatly, not even being slightly fazed when the choruses of 'what the fuck' and 'are you fucking kidding me?' rang out.

Kairi shrugged before getting up and Ale quickly hopped up with him, dragging him out of the room and the smaller boy let him, only rolling his eyes and whining in a weak retort.

"What?"

"What do you mean what? 'I'm not interested'??" Alejandro recited the boys' words from earlier in a harsh whisper while looking at him like he had lost his mind.

While Kairi only looked at him like he was bored.

"Yeah, and?"

The older sighed and pinched the bridge of his nose briefly before holding his hand out. "Look, I don't agree with what I'm about to say but, you seem very adamant about Mattia being straight and all and wEre nEvEr gOiNG tO bE tOGhtHer, yada Yada bullshit right?"
