Riley's POV:

It's been a few days after Maya tried to harm herself, she kept skipping school saying she felt sick. I still couldn't believe she'd try to do that. I've been trying to hanging out with her more and more lately. I couldn't afford to lose my best friend.

She came to pick me up at seven for the first time this week. We hoped down to the subway and rode to school. As soon as we entered we were greeted by our friends, Lucas and Farkle.

"Hey guys!" Lucas greeted.

"Ladies!" Exclaimed Farkle.

"Lucas," "Farkle," We say.

"Maya! Where have you been?" Lucas asks.

"Yeah, we've been worried sick!" Says Farkle.

"I've been feeling sick, I'm fine now though," Maya explains. But I knew she wasn't, I could see through all her lies.

Maya's POV:

I couldn't believe that I've only been gone for a few days and yet my friends already have been worried. It really made me feel important.

"Oh hey look guys! The suicidal girl's back," Missy exclaims. I was completely shocked. How did she know about anything that happened that day?

"What?" I choked. I looked at Riley with pain and shock in my eyes. "I don't know," mouthed Riley who seemed to have no clue to how Missy knew.

"You heard me, suicidal girl," she said. Her words were like knives, especially since most of the school was listening. I looked at Riley once again.

"Now how do you know she's suicidal?" Riley asks, demanding an answer.

"Oh don't pretend you don't know, crybaby," Missy spat. Anger rushed through me, I wasn't going to let her insult Riley. I grabbed the hem of her expensive shirt and pulled it against the ground. She had no choice but to fall.

"You BITCH!" She screamed.

"Fight! Fight! Fight! Fight!" I heard everyone around us chanting. Missy quickly got up.

"You know what you are, Hart? You're-"

"An amazing girl," Lucas smiles.

"A pretty lady," Farkle added with wink.

"And the bestest friend a girl could ask for!" Riley said with a reassuring hug.

"Great job guys, Missy detention!" Mr.Matthews said out of no where. "Ms. Hart you have detention as well for physical contact, but not the same night as Missy,"

"I'll be there," I smiled, and this time it was a real smile.
