FIFTEEN

She's special but she's not for me.

I was a coward for destroying her life. I am too dense to feel her pain. I wasn't aware that I am already killing her little by little everyday.

Mesiah and I suffered because of a fixed marriage, and the only difference is, she learned to love me and I didn't.

I'm always drunk everytime I go home. She'll clean my mess, she does everything for me.

I went home with Rhiana. She's my girlfriend and Mesiah knows it. She's just hiding in her room everytime I am with my girlfriend. What Rhiana knows is Mesiah is my maid. She always make her tired but I don't care. I never cared about her.

We fucked that night, and everything was heard by Mesiah. Rhiana went home at 2:00 AM. I was about to go to my room but I saw Mesiah taking too much pills. She's also crying but I didn't care.

I was awakened by loud noises in the morning. It looks like they are in a rush. They are all friends of Mesiah and they're carrying her. She's unconscious and she's already violet.

Someone slapped me and it was Mesiah's best friend.

"You never cared about her, but why did you kill her?"

I realized everything.

I didn't kill her literally.

But I murdered her heart.

She almost died because of me.

She's asleep right now. While starring at her beautiful face, I remembered everything that I did to her. I'm sure it was too painful for her. I'm already regretting my wrong doings.

She opened her eyes and a tear escaped. She probably knew the situation right now.

She looked at me, "Let's get divorced."

I weakly smiled at her. I respect her decision and at least, she won't be hurt anymore.

"I realized that love can really kill a person. They say, too much love can kill you and I almost died loving you. I did a mistake, and it was the time that I gave you too much love to the point that nothing was left to me. This time, what I need is self-love."

We both smiled at each other.

I'm happy that even if she's empty now, she's trying to get herself back again.

I am really a coward for wasting a great woman like her.

I'm sure, someday, she will met someone that will give the love that she deserves.
