I lost.

In order to stop him from coming into the shop to see what I was purchasing, I had to bargain with him. He made me put everything I was purchasing on his credit card. I had never seen or felt a credit card made out of anything other than bendable plastic before. This card felt like it would take a hell of a lot of force to snap in half. It wouldn't bend, it was too thick for that. And it carried some weight, which no credit card I ever felt had ever done.

I now stood in his bathroom getting dressed. I knew that since the theme was 'Students and Teachers', everyone there who was going as a student would be wearing the same fucking thing. The girls would be dressed in those schoolgirl outfits and most of the guys would probably do the same and the more masculine bottoms would be wearing white shirts with black ties like schoolboys. I might see some tops in some suits, but nothing unusual. They usually took the easy way out by not dressing up because it was 'uncomfortable'. I'd been to a costume party once before for Halloween because Gigi dragged me there. It wasn't anything to write home about.

But when I opened the bathroom door to reveal myself, I was pleasantly surprised. Aiden was dressed in a very nice, surely, very expensive suit. It had sharp edges that accented his broad shoulders and his long legs. He wore no tie, but had popped open a couple buttons in his shirt, revealing his tanned skin and sharp collarbone, causing my mouth to produce more saliva than usual. He had run his fingers his hair so most of his hair was falling to one side, highlighting his scruff on his chin and along his sharp jawline. He had on a pair of shoes that probably cost more than my life.

"Wow..." That wasn't me talking. I was thinking it, but I hadn't spoke.

He was talking about me? I was 'wow'? Next to him? Next to that? We needed to go get his eyes checked immediately.

I was trying to be outside of the norm and I bought an oversized plaid button up shirt that reminded me of the skirts that schoolgirls wore. Underneath I wore a pair of fake leather shorts because I knew I was going to be dancing. They laced up in the front and mirrored the style of the back of the shirt, which was also laced up. You should see a triangle shaped cutout crossed with strings down until the small of my back where the rest of the shirt continued. I had bought some new combat boots that came in a size smaller than I would've liked, so they hugged my calves, but that was about it.

This man looked like a Greek God, something straight out of Rick Riordan's dirtiest fantasies.

"Me? Look at you!" I leaned against the wall as he bore his dark eyes into my own.

"You want me to show you how good you look right now?" He stalked closer to me. "Because you look fucking delicious."

I tried taking a step back when I realized I was still against the wall. "I don't even think I want to go out anymore." He mumbled as he stopped in front of me.

His head dipped down to my neck and I tried pushing him away as my cheeks flushed. "Stop it...We've got to leave. We're practically late already. We have to meet August."

"If he has an issue, he can fight me about it." He nipped at my earlobe. "You can too...kitten."

I don't know how I got him out of the house, but I did and we were now walking up to the front doors of Euphoria. I couldn't hear the music from the inside, but there was a lot of chatter as we approached the doors. I don't know why I expected us to head towards the back of the line because we definitely did not. We headed straight for the two bouncers manning the doorway leading into the club.

The one on the left nodded towards Aiden as we walked up. "Evening sir, August is at your usual table." He swung open one of the large doors.

"Don't tell me you own this place too." I mumbled. I couldn't take it.
