Chapter 27

Oikawa grabbed Minas cheek and rubbed at it with his sleeve harshly. His eyes held a perpetual rage that made Mina freeze in fear almost forgetting her confusion.

"That **** ******* ****, how dare he! ****" He didn't hold back on the curses. Mina flinched in fear.

It didn't escape Oikawas sharp mind. He loosened up quickly but held an irritated face.

"Why didn't you stop him from kissing you?!" He cried desperately.

Mina blinked a few times before his words actually registered in her brain. Stop him?

"Nobody kisses my girl and gets away with it!" He growled lowly.

Mina felt a flutter in her stomach. His girl? Her face reddened consecutively to her thoughts.

"O-oikawa?" Mina hesitantly asked. He spun his head away from Iwaizumis retreating back. "What are you doing here?".

It was like Oikawas mind just crashed. Crap.

"Oh me... aha I was... just passing by... it's a free country you know" he shrugged nervously and was about to sprint away but Mina grabbed his sleeve.

He turned back surprised at her actions.

"Y-you said my girl" she stared at him in confidence ignoring the shy and timid girl she usually was.

Oikawas face flushed.

"Sorry..." he hung his head down. Not knowing how to defend himself.

"No! That's not what I want to hear!" Mina cried out not caring for the startled passerby's.

In regretful contemplation, Oikawa stared at her. He lowed his head once again.

"You... deserve much better than me" he said, clenching his fist when he noticed the trail of tears that spilt from her eyes.

"Your right" Mina sniffled out "but then why do I want it to be you anyway" she murmured.

Oikawa couldn't help himself at that point. He leaned in caressing her face and claimed her lips.
