I growl and grab my stomach protectively. The rogue smirks and takes a step towards me. I growl. " Why are you even working for her ? " I ask desperately. The rogue looks at me confused. " Huh? " he tilt his head to the side. I snarl. " Why are you here? " I bare my teeth at him. He smells the air. " You smell so good. " I gasp. He can smell that I'm pregnant. I growl and take a step back as he takes one towards me. I feel a tree behind me and watch as he steps closer and closer. I growl. " My mate will kill you I'm an alpha. " I squeak. He smirks and is so close I can feel his breath on my neck. " Not if he doesn't know until we're gone. " he shifts and grabs me by the neck forcefully. I yip and am dragged away into the woods.
