Predator Vs. Prey

(During the day in a deep part of the forest)

(Sonic is slightly swaying side to side as he is being held upside down while in motion)

Sonic: (slowly wakes up) Unnmm... What happened?

(The person who has him stops dead and takes to turn his face surprising Sonic)

Sonic: Wah! (Is at the face) Lyric?

(Lyric just evilly smiles and flickers his tongue)

(Sonic tries lifting his upside down body to reach his tail claw to try and get out of this mess)

Sonic: Hungh! (Falls back down) That didn't work...

(Lyric just gets closer and does the tongue thing again)

Sonic: (nervously) So, how have you been? (Awkwardly smiles)

Lyric: (retracts his head) I've honestly been better. Also you seriously don't know how you ended up like this?

Sonic: (blunt look) Nope.

Lyric: Well, it all happened when I decided to show my face to you meddling heros. As we hit a battle, you tried targeting from behind and then apparently my tail got in the way of your attack, launching your backside into a tree, knocking you out.

Sonic: (interestingly) Huh..

Lyric: And so as any villain would of done with you, to take you away.

Sonic: (blunt) For some reason I just don't believe your story. Also... (Terrified and nervously) How did you grow in size? (Just nervously) I-I mean it hasn't been that long since we last saw each other...

Lyric: (lecture like) Well, if a snake wants world domination, then I would guess they would have to up their game. And what I mean by game, I mean by size.

(Sonic takes a deep gulp of worry)

(Sonic then gets tossed in the air only to be caught up right in Lyric's tail claw and in the mean time he struggles to get out, but can't)

(Lyric once again lifts Sonic to his face but not as close as before, but Sonic still takes a deep gulp)

Lyric: You know, (retracts Sonic again) the whole reason I grew in size is because I finally get to play a little game I like to call: (pulls towards again) Predator versus Prey.

Sonic: (nervously) Could you define the game a little more?

Lyric: (pulls away again) What I mean by the game is that since I have grown, I can finally get rid of you the way I've always intended. (Licks his lips)

Sonic: (struggles to escape and fast paced) No, no, no. You really don't want to eat me. (Lyric pulls Sonic towards once again and then does a slight snarl) I mean, I-I highly doubt a hedgehog would even taste good anyway.... (Awkwardly smiles)

Lyric: I'd say, I'm more curious on what one would even tassste like. (*sighs* pulls away again) And I would call this... A farewell, Sonic the Hedgehog.

(Lyric raises him up in the air and then let's go to reveal him being upside down again)

Sonic: (still fast paced) I swear you don't want wanna know a hedgehog tastes like. I mean my spines could get in your teeth, (gets lowered slightly to make him talk faster) or you get my spines stuck your throat and that could be really painful. Just please don't eat me! (Does begging hands)
