Double the Trouble

(Deep in the forest during the middle of the day)

(Lyric, just simply traveling to find robot parts, someone had been watching him from the shadows)

(Lyric then stops to finally come to the conclusion that someone is following him)

Lyric: (suspicious) Who's there?

Mephiles: A friend, not foe.

(Mephiles appears on the ground on the left side of Lyric walking to where Lyric can see him)

Lyric: Who exactly are you?

Mephiles: You may call me... Mephiles. (Does the bow)

Lyric: (suspiciously) Hm...

Mephiles: I'm just passing by. Same as you. And I can tell you that I'm not someone you seek me as.

Lyric: Do you perhaps know of him then?

Mephiles: I do, but I ask a favor of you.

Lyric: I don't do favors. Whatever it is, you can forget it. (Starts slithering away)

Mephiles: We seek for the same thing. I can tell.

Lyric: (stops) You know nothing about me. How do you know what I seek?

Mephiles: I can tell that we both seek world domination. Just in different views.

Lyric: What is it that you seek in world domination?

Mephiles: Asking the honest truth. I only seek a reunion that will cause mass devastation upon the world. And what kind of world domination is that you seek?

Lyric: To rid of all organic lifeforms.

Mephiles: (tilts his head) Hmm... I see something wrong with that. Not saying it can't be achieved. There's just one small issue.

Lyric: And what would that issue imply?

Mephiles: You, yourself are an organic lifeform. If you are to rid of all organic life forms, then you would be ridding yourself, would you not?

Lyric: Suppose you would be correct in that assumption, but I'm not all organic.

Mephiles: Not fooling anyone with the suit.

Lyric: Hmph. So what is this so called favor you wanted me to do?

Mephiles: A little girl, goes by the name of Niki. She wears a crystal. I want that crystal. She's looks an awful lot like Sonic, except she's purple coated.

Lyric: I've ran into her before. The little pincushion is agonizing. (Crosses his arms)

Mephiles: If you can't do this. It's all fine. I'll just find someone else and help them with whatever they need to conquer.

Lyric: I never once said I wouldn't do it. It'll be hard though. The little rat has tricks like no other.

Mephiles: I don't care what you do with her. I just want the crystal. (walks into the black abyss)
