I received a letter
From an unknown person.
Opened it to find,
An address to reach.
Went there, a tiny room,
Just a light bulb on.
Stepped in, door got locked behind,
A girl crouched, sobbing.
Steps slow, breath heavy,
As I went to ask her,
She got up quick and
Stood a few feet ahead.
"You killed me", said she.
I was shocked as I didn't.
The voice sounded so familiar,
"Who are you? You seem known. "
"You killed me just to
Make others happy. "
Stepping back, she continued
Speaking, pitch rising.
Two feet distance,
She turned hastily.
Eyes blood red, tears pouring down,
Smile on her face while brows frowned.
I stumbled and fell,
Facing her in front,
She had a knife in her hand,
Approaching me, me crawling back.
Not the fake one,
True feelings and emotions.
She was me,
Whom I killed long ago in the past.
