Like an Eco

Like an eco in the hollow forest,
Of the talk to the lonely mountain;
Unspoken stories, those untold tales,
Unheard melodies of tears and pain,
Joy that never came back again.

Like the lonely stamping of footsteps,
Of the company of one self;
The introspection never made,
Tears drove goodbye from the doorstep,
Pain awaited to ebb, caught up in a web.

Like an arrow in an undestined path,
Of the will of an unknown want;
Suffering not suffered,
Joy washed away in unseen haunt,
Silence in an unexpressed rant.

Wreathing flowers broke before the knot,
Withered before autumn was known;
Swept away in a flowery storm.
There in under stood life,
In witting silence, waiting to be understood.
