Some 3 years ago, early autumn
Kamogawa River, Kyoto

Looking over Kamogawa River, her favourite spot since she came to Kyoto, her tears freely flowed down her cheeks. It was one of those days. Grieving. Mourning. It was for the man who departed too early. She had missed him terribly. She wished she could wind back time and save him.

Despite the excitement going on around her at the Manga Anime Fair, she felt oddly left out. Some days were better than others but the nights had been excruciating lonely and painful when she lay in bed alone. This was one of those days.

Suddenly, she heard a deep but kind voice. "Sumimasen. I think you might need this."

In her blurred teary vision, she saw Dragonball, handing her a packet of tissue. His big brown eyes were piercing yet gentle and concern. His slight smile calmed her. He had the perfect set of Dragonball eyebrows as she thought what a good make up artist he had.

She had seen many good-looking guys in her life but none as striking as him. His mere presence held her mesmerized. She felt strangely safe.

Sniffing, she nodded and reached out to his token, saying "Arigato." She pulled out a tissue and blew her nose, all the time feeling his stare holding her steadily. There was an unexplainable calming sensation ran through her body.

Meeting the stranger's gaze, she smiled softly and said in her best Japanese. "Thank you for making my day. I feel much better now." She noticed the deep crease between his concerned eyes. How special.

Standing up, she dusted her skirt and adjusted her hair, before turning her back from him, and walking away. As she reached the main road, she realized she had kept the whole packet of tissue. Silly her.

She turned around to search the stranger at a distance but he was no longer there.

She sniffed and shrugged lightly. Then she smiled. 'I got Dragonball's tissue. Maybe my life will have a good turn from here onwards.'

"Yue, are you expecting someone?" Jia Qi, noticing that she kept checking her watch and glancing towards the front door

"Yue, are you expecting someone?" Jia Qi, noticing that she kept checking her watch and glancing towards the front door.

"No..no I'm not." She stammered. She should not have expected anything after last night. But why did her heart keep betraying her? Her mind travelled back to the supper they shared.

"Yue, I will see you again tomorrow. I have a discussion with your boss." Didi smiled.

She nodded. "Of course. I wish you the best."'

"Would you wear the clip tomorrow? It matches with your work yukata."

"I will think about it."
