Michael and Maddy almost immediately hit it off. Man I am such a good matchmaker. But now the difficult part is going to be getting a girl for Calum. I knew a few girls that liked Calum but they weren't exactly his type. I had gotten Luke and Ashton's help with figuring out what Calum looks for. "He usually goes for long brown hair, brown eyes. Sarcastic and funny. Can take a joke and will joke back and forth with him definitely." Ashton told me as a description for Cal's dream girl.
"Ok. i think I know a girl that might interest him. She's got pretty much all of what you described. I'll call her and see if I can get her to meet up with us and then introduce her to Calum." I said and went off into the kitchen to call one of my good internet friends, Bella. The thing I loved about her was that she likes all the bands that I do, like Green Day and Blink 182. I clicked her contact in my phone and put my phone up to my ear.
"Sup Danni." Bella said when she picked up after the second ring.
"Hey Bella. I was wondering if you wanted to come hang out at my house sometime. Movie night maybe?" I asked her praying that she would say yes.
"Yeah sure. Just call me when and text me your address. I gotta go. Pizza!!!!!! Sorry I'm having a band rock out session consisting of Arctic Monkeys. But yeah, I'll come. Byeeeeee." She said and I said bye back to her and then we hung up. God she was just like Calum. So hyper about pizza and music.
I went back to the living room where all the guys were hanging out and just gave Luke and Ashton a smile before taking my seat next to Luke. "Hey guys I'm having one of my friends come over tonight for a movie night and pizza and stuff so please try not to be that weird." I announced to the group.
"Um we cannot make any promises on being weird but I heard pizza so I'm in." Michael said and Calum said that he was in too. Luke and Ashton also said yes and I texted Bella if tonight was good and I texted her my address. She came back a few minutes later and said yeah that she would be over in an hour.
I ran up to my room and grabbed a bunch of blankets and pillows from my spare closet and threw on a pair of fuzzy pants and a big shirt that was my older brothers. I brought all of the stuff downstairs and dropped it on the floor in the living room. "Alright I'm gonna order the pizza now because Bella is coming over in a few minutes." I said to the guys and then called the closest pizza place to order the pizzas and sodas that we needed. Bella showed up a few minutes later in sweatpants and her favorite Blink 182 shirt with a big pillow and a bag slung on her shoulder.
"Hey Danni." Bella said with a smile and gave me a hug and then stepped inside the house. The guys started calling for us saying that it was boring with just a bunch of guys in the living room. We both rolled our eyes at their childish behavior and walked into the living room after putting Bella's stuff by the front door. "Are you guys seriously like a bunch of five year olds." Bella said with her signature sarcasm as she plopped down on the floor against the sofa in front of where I sat down.
"Not all the time..." Cal started to say back with sarcasm but he stopped when he looked over to see Bella. Starstruck much Cal?
Bella turned to look at me and said, "Danni is he ok? Or does this happen a lot." Luke, Ash, and Mikey started laughing at Calum and his cheeks went a bright red. Bella just smiled a little and turned back towards the TV this time scooting just a little bit closer to Calum.
Calum and Bella continued to banter back and forth with each other throughout the couple of movies that we all watched, By the end of the fourth movie, Bella was laying her head across Calum's lap and they were both just quietly giggling at each other. The time that we all really started laughing was when Ashton said, "I swear they are worse than Danni and Luke." That was probably the best part because Bella sat up quickly but stayed close to Calum and I even spotted them intertwine their fingers on the floor where no one else could see.
I just cuddled into Luke's side as we all continued with our movie night. God I should become a matchmaker for a job.
