12. Dorks

All of the guys froze when I said that and just looked at each other and then at me.  "So are you guys going to answer me or just stare at me like I have ten heads?"  I said after I took another bite of my pancakes.  Ashton had just walked into the room and the guys were shooting daggers at him.

"It seems like Ashton isn't very good at keeping secrets."  Michael said and he seemed absolutely pissed.  I put down my plate and stood up next to Ashton with my arms crossed.  I wasn't going to let him get hurt over a stupid secret that I had already kind of figured out myself.  I never really liked Ashton in the romantic kind of way, he was more of a brother type figure.  

"Don't get your panties all in a twist guys it's just a simple question and there is a simple answer, yes, or no.  Which will it be?"  I pointed at Michael first and he just looked down into his lap and slightly nodded as a yes.  I moved my gaze to Calum and he mumbled a quiet yeah.  Then I looked over to Luke.

"Is it really that obvious?"  Luke asked as his cheeks flushed a bright shade of red.  I giggled at him for being so confident to actually say something.  I sat back down and grabbed my breakfast and continued to eat.  They all seemed confused except Ashton who just sat on the floor in front of me and turned on the TV.  Ashton and I were laughing at the show that was on and the other guys just had blank faces.  

I finished up my breakfast and took my dishes into the kitchen and loaded it into the dishwasher.  "Hey guys I got to get home.  Oh and Luke, here's your sweatshirt, thanks for letting me wear it."  I said to them as I took off the sweatshirt and handed it to Luke.  I slipped on my shoes and grabbed my phone and headed out the door with the guys saying goodbye from behind me.  I started walking back towards my house and got there almost in no time.  Thank God for them not living far.  I unlocked the door to my house and went inside.  My mom wasn't coming back until tomorrow so I just went up to my room and changed my clothes into sweatpants and an oversized sweater.  Comfy clothes are my life.

My phone buzzed and I looked to see that the guys had made a group chat with me in it.  It was not right to have left them to put their contacts in my phone.  Ashton had chosen- The Big Bro.  Typical he was like my big brother.   Michael- MIKEY <3 and a bunch of emojis.  Oh my God what a dork.  Luke went with Giraffe Luke with a smiley emoji, and Cal was CalPal.  I swear these guys oh my Lord.  

Me:  What do you guys want?

Giraffe Luke:  You never told us who you have a crush on *smirky face emoji*

MIKEY <3: Yeah Danni

The Big Bro:  Really guys

Me:  Well it's a secret so I can't tell you byeeeee

Then I left the conversation.  Every time they kept trying to add me I would just leave again.  Ashton texted me separately and told me that he had no idea why the guys were being so weird.  I told him that it was fine and they were just being typical teenage guys.  That's when Ashton asked me the question, "Who do you like?"  I didn't know whether to tell him or not since he basically spilled the guys' secret of them liking me.  

Me:  Are you sure I can trust you Ash?

The Big Bro:  Im practically your big brother do you have to ask that question.  Why would I tell those dorks

Me:  Fine.  I actually have kind of taken a liking to Luke.  DONT TELL HIM THAT

The Big Bro:  OOOOOOOOOOOO LANNI I SHIP IT!  Anyways I wont tell him

Me:  Bye Ash

I can't believe I just told him that.  Eh, Luke likes me too so it wouldn't be that big of a deal.  But I know to Michael and Calum it would mean a lot.  Shit.
