31. New Best Friend

"Come on Danni, loosen up a little." Abby said to me as she grabbed my hands and swayed her hips to the music trying to get me to dance along with her. I stood up from my seat at the bar and we hesitantly made our way to the middle of the crowded dance floor. Ashton and Mikey were already there waiting for us and Ashton grabbed Abby's hand and Michael took mine giving it a light squeeze. I danced to the random dubstep song that was playing with Michael as he fought off other guys trying to make moves on me.

After a while I dragged Michael away from the dance floor with me and we collapsed at two stools on the bar. "I never knew how tiring dancing could be! I feel horrible!" Michael said as he looked out at the crowd of people still grinding and dancing. I nodded my head in agreement and turned to the bar to get drinks.

"Two Coke's please." I said to the bartender and he smiled at me and immediately made our drinks. He set them down in front of us and eyed Mikey as he grabbed his drink.

"You two together?" He asked. We both shook our head and laughed. Yeah right. He smiled at me again and glanced at his name tag. Justin. Very cute.

"I'm Danni by the way." I said and put out my hand and he laughed as he shook it. He said he'd never seen a girl give a proper handshake at a bar before. "Well you see, I'm not really a normal girl. I like too many rock bands." I said to him and he started clapping.

"Alright if you tell me that you like All Time Low I'm going to have to immediately get your number." He said and looked at me hopefully.

"Well, technically, they're more like family so I more like love them." I said and he immediately pulled his phone out of his pocket and made me a new contact. I gave him my phone and we both entered our numbers. "I will definitely be texting you." I said to him and then I looked back to Mikey who was eyeing the dance floor. "But right now, I must go and dance with my best friend, and I think you have some more customers." I said as I looked down the bar where a lot of people were calling for Justin. Justin laughed and then went back to all of his customers who were ordering a million different things at the same time. Man, how does he do that.

I got back to the dance floor with Mikey and we both looked for Abby and Ashton but saw no sign of Ashton's signature curly hair and tallness. I texted Abby quickly and asked her where she and Ashton had gone.

Abby: Sorry D. Ash and I came back to my place to watch a movie. Get a ride from Mikey.

Me: Fine. Ur lucky Mikey is my best friend

"Hey Mikey, you're going to have to give me a ride home. Ash and Abby bailed." I said more like yelled into Mikey's ear over the loud music. He nodded his head and said that he would be glad to take me home with a smirk popping up on his face at the end. Such a flirt, I swear, this boy. I pushed his chest a little and then felt my phone buzz once again.

Cal:) : Danni. Luke is driving me absolutely insane

Me: Just try to ignore him Cal. Go to Bella's house or something

Cal:) : THIS IS WHY I LOVE YOU THANK YOU

Wow, just giving a guy advice to go to his girlfriend's house can make him that happy. Note to self, remember that, it might come in handy with Ash and Abby. "Hey Mikey, can you take me back to Abby's now? I'll give you directions." I said and he took my hand and we walked out of the crowded club. "That was actually so much fun." I said as I climbed into the passenger seat of Mikey's car and he came in next to me on the driver's side. I felt my phone buzz.

Justin: Shall we talk about how you know ATL now?

Me: When will we not talk about how I was in the studio with them?

Justin: Ok we are best friends now you dont even have a choice

Me: I am ok with that

"Justin?" Michael asked me and glanced at me as he was driving.

"Aka my newest best friend."

I AM HORRIBLE AT UPDATING BECAUSE OF SCHOOL BUT I SWEAR TO UPDATE MORE DURING THE SUMMER. ANYWAY THIS IS KIND OF A FILLER CHAPTER TO INTRODUCE ANOTHER CHARACTER.
