Artists' Perspective [Deidara x Reader]

Schemes- Chapter 28

(Y/n pov)

When I woke up I immediately jumped out of bed, I was starving. I could faintly smell burning or smoke or something. I wrapped a soft -green(Oh wait green is not a creative color)- orange blanket around myself  before leaving my room. I shuffled down the tight hallway into the kitchen. 

When I reach the kitchen Hidan was eating a scorched black waffle and Sasori was observing him. 

"Uh- ok" I say quietly as I stroll towards the fridge "How's that waffle Hidan?"

"Freakin' awesome!" Hidan responds sarcastically.

"I'm sure" I say grabbing a smoothie from the fridge.

I poured the smoothie into a glass and grabbed a purple twisty straw. I sat next to Sasori and Hidan on a bar stool. I start sipping the thick liquid from the twist straw. After a while Itachi appeared in the living room kinda suddenly which freaked me out. I shuddered at the thought of how quiet he was. 

"Level with me real fast" I say spinning around on the stool to face Itachi "How are you so quiet?!"

"Training" He responds coolly.

"But- I was in ANBU too! How are you so much more stealthy than me?!" I ask growing in frustration. 

"Once again, my answer is training, if you want I can show you sometime" Itachi offers.

"Really? that would be awesome!" I say excitedly. Being in the Akatsuki is a great learning experience, now I know how to sculpt a bat and I'm going to learn how to be stealthier by Itachi-freaking-Uchiha!!

"Anytime" Itachi said smiling.

"Awwww! I wish Akatsuki members smiled more"

Speaking of smiling Akatsuki, Deidara was speed-walking into the kitchen grinning with something in his hands.

"Wanna see something I made?" Deidara said excitedly.

"Lemme' see!" I say with matching enthusiasm.

Deidara held out his hands in front of him. In his open palms was a mini loch ness monster sculpture. It was painted sea-foam green and navy.

"That's so cool! It looks great!" I say admiring the tiny sculpture. 

"Actually- It's- I made it for you" He said extending it closer to me and staring at the ground behind him.

"Aw, thank you" I say as I take it from him.

"You're welcome" He said rubbing the back of his neck.

"Ugh" Sasori sighed rolling his eyes in annoyance.

"Jeez Sasori. Sorry to bother you with my existence" I say under my breath rolling my eyes back at him.

"Nice comeback Y/n" Hidan comments in a snarky tone.

"I learned from the best!" I say through a cunning smirk making finger guns at Hidan.

Deidara laughed a little bit and then sat on the couch. I slurped down the rest of my smoothie and set my glass in the sink, not even bothering to wash it out. I set the little sculpture that Deidara made for me on the bar. Hidan looked at it in confusion- ugh uncultured. 

I stood walked over to the couch and sat beside Deidara wrapping myself in the blanket. 

"Thanks for the cute little sculpture Blondie" I say.

"Oh yeah no problem" Deidara responds sweetly.

"Aww"
