Invention- Chapter 31

(Y/n pov)

"Three!"

I exhaled shakily before completely releasing the new chakra weapon that I had invented. I was worried that it would kill us. 

If we die like this at least we would die together and go out with a bang.

A huge gale of wind blew Deidara and I back at least 30 feet along with remnants of what used to be buildings. 

We happened to land on the path right in next to Sasori. He looked like he had just seen a ghost.

"Holy crap did you see that?!" I said jumping up.

"That was incredible-un!" Deidara said jumping up and standing next to me.

"What just happened?" Sasori asked with a surprised look on his face.

"We just did something really cool Sasori" I say excitedly "Like really really cool!"

"Okay?" Sasori said still looking confused.

"We merged our chakra and made this crazy explosion thingy-un!" Deidara yelled.

"That sounds really dangerous, you're lucky to be alive" Sasori says. 

"Eh, it wasn't that bad, but I have to admit I used most of my chakra and now I'm drained" I say sighing.

"Maybe you two should be more careful from now on" Sasori suggests "I can't bring you back to Pain-sama in a bunch of peices"

"Ugh fine" I say rolling my eyes and scoffing.

Sasori, you're no fun.

(Sasori pov)

I cannot believe they just did that, I mean I can they're reckless but they could have been killed. My entire mission is to keep them away from the base for long enough for everyone to come up with a plan.

"Well let's keep going and please be a little more careful, I don't want to have to deal with Pain losing two of his most valuable team members" I say trying to act like I don't care.

"Yeah yeah whatever" Y/n says continuing to walk forward and talk to Deidara.

"What am I going to do with you two?" I sigh under my breath.

(Konan pov)

I was sitting at in the kitchen writing in my journal about what I had learned in our meeting earlier.

Pain sat next to me and stroked some of my hair out of my face "What are you up to Konan?"

"Nothing much, just thinking" I respond.

"Thinking. About Y/n?" 

I nod my head "Yeah I'm think coming up with a pretty good plan"

"Good to hear" Pain says standing up and leaving.

I think I might plan them go on a romantic picnic or something, I haven't worked out all of the details yet though. I also don't plan on planning out every single detail because of the fact that Y/n and Deidara are both incredibly spontaneous.

I sighed quietly before getting back to writing.

(Deidara pov) i kno this is all over the place but stick w/ me

"Do you think Danna's been acting a bit... off?" I ask Y/n, we were walking a few feet behind Sasori so he couldn't hear me.

"Yeah, I wonder what's up with him" She responds in a hushed tone "What are some things that would make a person act, you know, different?"
