Things that annoy me on Wattpad

The relationship between the Wattpad teens and parents.

Let me just get one thing straight: Yes, it is normal for teens to back chat their parents. Yes, it is normal for teens to be disrespectful at times and act like a know-it-all (I do it too). Yes, it is normal for teens to rebel or want to rebel, but it is NOT normal for the parents to just allow it.

And if they do, then I seriously question their parenting skills.

There will be and are consequences if I am rude to my parents and yes, I get mad at them for punishing me and all that...but they have a point.

Then the parents that just allow their kids to do whatever.

I don't think so.

I'm almost 21 and my parents want to know when I go out and with who it is. Yea, I have more freedom since I'm an adult, but since I live in their house there are rules.

Also, parents just aren't that 'cool'. Given, some are, but most of the time they have strict rules and deny you certain things and let me tell you, throwing a little temper tantrum won't change a thing.

Lastly, if a parent on Wattpad happens to say no, the teen always tries to sneak out.

That's fine, because some teens do, but I promise you miss goody goody from chapter 1 won't risk it. It's unrealistic.
