I don't know about you, but regardless of whether or not I like someone (even just as friends), I'll admit they're good looking if I find them to be good looking.
If I become friends with someone or fall out with someone, they don't magically become hot or ugly.
Apparently that's what happens in Wattpad books.
The guy calls the girl ugly (usually if she's the nerd of the school and then somehow later he likes her glasses and baggy clothes, but okay) and then by the end of the book he hasn't seen anyone as beautiful as she is.
Same with the girl. He is definitely not her type and she doesn't think he's attractive, but as soon as he's nice to her he looks like a 'Greek god'.
Seriously??
I won't easily admit to my friends that I think a guy is attractive, but I'll admit it to myself.
'He's a jerk, but I'll admit, he's not ugly.'
(Me saying he's not ugly is like saying he's hot)
From the POV of whoever is the first person at least, I would have liked to see them 'lying' to their friends and secretly thinking the guy is attractive, but not admitting it or something like that.
I don't know, it's just weird.
