Truly Madly Deeply: One Direction

'So baby, say you'll always keep me, truly, madly, deeply in love with you.'

'I'm nervous,' I sighed to Luke as we sat in the car that was taking all of us to the ARIA's my palms sweaty from the nerves I was experiencing.

'Why? It's not like you haven't done this before,' Ashton said from the passenger seat of the car and I knew that he had a smirk on his face, because he always did when he made comments like that.

'Shut up Ashton,' Isla said from next to me, giving me a reassuring smile as Luke just clutched my hand as we pulled up to the red carpet. I could already hear the noise outside and the clicking of the cameras and I instinctively smoothed my dress out, making sure everything about it was looking perfect.

I had settled with my stylist for the night, on a bright pink satin mini dress with short sleeves and a full skirt that reached just above my ankles. I was wearing a white pair of block heels, my hair in a low bun with a few strands curled and pulled out to frame my face. My make-up was natural aside from my eye, wanting something to complement my dress, I had chosen to go with a soft pink eye look, with hot pink eyeshadow in the corner of my eyes.

'Everything is going to be okay Sienna, I am right here with you,' Luke said with a smile and I nodded as Calum, Michael and Ashton fake gagged.

'You two are disgusting,' Calum said, Olivia, giving him a playful slap on the arm. Calum just rolled his eyes at his new fiance, yes that is right, Calum and Olivia are getting married after Calum proposed last night. Calum says he wants to wait but I think Olivia is planning on getting married on Christmas Eve, as she has had her whole wedding plan since the minute that she and Calum started dating.

'Get over yourself Calum,' Olivia said with a grin. The sparkling gold engagement ring matched her white silky dress for the evening, and I knew that every man in the building, aside from the three other boys in the car, would be envious of Calum.

'You all ready to get out now?' the driver called from the front and Ashton must have nodded because the doors to the car suddenly opened.

'You ready?' Luke asked and I nodded as he held my hand as we climbed out of the car together.

'Ready as I'll ever be,' I sighed, mainly to myself but I knew that Luke heard me because he wrapped his arm around my waist as we began to pose for photos, ignoring all the confused looks from the media and the fans, as to why Ashton Irwin's sister and Shawn Mendes' ex-girlfriend, Sienna Irwin, was suddenly back with her high school boyfriend.

'Are you okay?' Luke asked me as we stepped inside the building after Luke and the boy's had done a multitude of interviews, as well as taking photos with just the four of them and also girlfriends included in some of them too. Before I could respond, I was met with a face I hoped to never see again.

'What is she doing here?' Eliza and I asked in unison, a scowl on both of our faces.

'Now that is a good question, what are you doing here Eliza?' Luke asked, tightening the grip on my waist that he was holding. I noticed that she was in plain black clothes, meaning she was not here as a guest, she was working, which made me feel slightly better.

'You're not blind Luke, figure it out,' she sneered, obviously embarrassed that one upon a time she would have been here as Luke's date but now she is working the event.

'I don't have time for this Eliza and neither does Sienna,' Luke said and I nodded in agreement with him because the last thing that I wanted was for Eliza to belittle me at my first public event with Luke.

'Can I just talk to Sienna for a second?' Eliza asked sweetly but we both knew that it was an act. 'Alone.'

As much as I did not want to talk to her, I wanted to hear what she had to say.

'I'll be fine Luke,' I said with a reassuring smile, reluctantly letting go of his hand. 'I will see you in there,' I said, kissing his cheek longer than needed but I wanted to make a point. That Luke was mine now, and not Eliza's, and nothing could take that away from us.

'What the hell do you think you are doing?' Eliza scoffed, being careful that we were not overheard. 'You think you can just waltz back into Luke's life and pretend like you two never broke up? I think you fucking forget who was there for him when he was in London. I was with him longer than you were and you think that doesn't mean anything? Luke has a type and it never will be you. So why don't you do us all a favour and fuck off back to Shawn or Adelaide or wherever your slutty heart desires.'

'Go to hell Eliza,' was the only thing I could muster out of my mouth before walking away from her, afraid of what she was going to say next. I knew that there was no truth to her words, however, she did have a point in saying that she had been with Luke way longer than I ever was with him, which got to me. That had to mean something because it did to Eliza and I do not think Luke would date anybody for almost three years and not have some sort of feelings for them.

The award show was a blur and Luke could definitely tell that something was up. The boys won 'Best Australian Pop Single,' for their new song 'No Shame,' and they also performed their songs 'No Shame,' and 'Teeth.' Shawn also performed and I did not even bat an eye when he dedicated his performance of 'I Can't Have You,' to 'somebody special in the audience tonight.'

'Okay, what is wrong?' Luke asked during an intermission. We told the boys that we were going to get a cocktail from the main bar but really Luke wanted to talk to me because he knew that something was wrong.

'Eliza said some things to me...' I said trailing off, avoiding all eye contact with the boy in front of me, because I did not need to see how angry he was.

'What the fuck did she say?' Luke asked, trying to keep his voice down but I knew that he was mad. I looked up and I could visibly see that he was fuming and if I could see that, so could other people, so I explained to him what she said, feeling a lump in my throat form when I told him that they were together for a long time and that them having history scared me slightly, because we were only together for around eight months during school, whereas they were together for almost three years.

'The fact you two have history bothers me and I wish that it didn't,' I sighed, wanting to run a hand through my hair but I could not. 'Do you still love her?'

'Oh god Sienna, no, not at all.'

'Oh okay, I'm sorry.'

'I am truly, madly, deeply in love with you gorgeous and that will never change. I am going to keep you by my side forever.'
