Imagine:

You've liked Pony for a while now. Having a crush on him was not easy though. You weren't a soc, but you weren't a greaser either. Just... a person. And you always thought to yourself that he would never notice you, especially since he was always focused on getting school work done, or reading.

But one night specifically kept you awake. You kept thinking that if you don't confess to him, he might begin to like someone else — that is if he doesn't ALREADY like someone else. So you decided to write him a letter, late at night.

Pony's pov:

As i opened my Literature folder to begin my homework assignment, i noticed a piece of paper that didn't match the color of my ordinary, white lined paper, which was strange.
As i opened it, the first thing i read was "to ponyboy curtis." Well, at least i know its FOR me and not just a strange piece of paper lying around my folder.

I began reading it, as my heart slowly starting beating faster as i realized it was from a girl. A special girl..

To Ponyboy Curtis,

I'm Y/N y/l/n, i sit across from you in our literature class. Im not sure if you've ever noticed me, but just incase you didn't know who i was. Anyways, its 2:34 am and although im tired, i just really had to write this. I don't know if you'll ever read this whether i give it to you or not, but i'm just gonna go out and say this.

Well, i've liked you for quite a while. You just- you're so sweet and not in the "you're too sweet to ever do anything bad to someone, or you're so sweet and innocent" kind of way, but you're sweet when its necessary. And you're also so smart. Always raising your hand in class when you see no one else is raising their hand. I mean- you have straight A's! You're brothers must be proud :) There's a lot more i could say, but the paper's getting filled!
So.. uh yeah! I totally get it if you don't respond to this, or if you just throw this away after reading it and i understand 100% if you don't feel the same way, i just thought you should know. I notice you. I understand you. I get that being YOU is not always easy, so if you ever need a friend to talk to, who won't judge you, im here :) ( even though i know you have a great gang and many great friends ^^ )

As i finished reading it, i was speechless. I can't believe the girl i've always like since 8th grade likes me back. Man. What will i say to her..

imagine Pony coming up to you the next day and telling you he feels the same way and ending your day by walking you home with a sweet, but short kiss, making the butterflies in your stomach go crazy.
